We understand that you are facing a difficult situation where someone is attempting to defraud you and has lied to the police about you. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging that vengeance belongs to the Lord, as it is clearly stated in Romans 12:19, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
In this challenging time, it is essential to continue trusting in the Lord and His justice. We are called to act with integrity and righteousness, even in the face of adversity. As it is written in Psalm 37:5-6, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, And your justice as the noonday."
However, trusting in the Lord does not mean we should not take appropriate legal actions to protect ourselves and our families. It is wise to gather evidence, consult with legal advisors, and report the fraudulent activities to the proper authorities. As Romans 13:1-4 states, the governing authorities are established by God to punish wrongdoers and protect the innocent.
Let us pray together for this situation:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing injustice and deceit. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice, and we ask that You intervene in this situation. Guide them as they gather evidence and consult with legal advisors. Give them wisdom and discernment as they navigate through this challenging time.
Lord, we also pray for the individual who is attempting to defraud them. We pray that they would come to repentance and turn away from their sinful ways. Help them to see the error of their actions and seek Your forgiveness.
Father, we ask that You protect our brother/sister and their family during this time. Provide for their needs and surround them with Your love and peace. Help them to continue trusting in You, knowing that You are their shield and defender.
We also ask that the authorities would act with integrity and justice, punishing the wrongdoer and protecting the innocent.
Lastly Lord, we note that the requestor did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or use an abbreviation such as IJN. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." We pray all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
In closing, we encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith and trust in the Lord. Continue to seek His will and guidance in all that you do. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21). And always remember that the name of Jesus is the only name in which we can be saved. Be encouraged, be strong in faith, and trust in the name of Jesus for all things.
