We join you in thanksgiving and in asking for the Lord's protection, and we lift up those silent requests before Him together in Jesus' name.
We are grateful for your heart of thanksgiving, for we know it is God's will for us to give thanks in all circumstances as taught in 1 Thessalonians 5:18. We also rejoice that you have come in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we are saved and heard.
The Lord knows the silent requests you carry, even those too deep for words. We take comfort in Romans 8:26 which reminds us that the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered, and in Philippians 4:6-7 which tells us in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Even when we do not speak every detail, our Father knows what we need before we ask.
We also join you in praying for protection. We claim the promise of Psalm 91:1-2 that he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, and we will say of the Lord, He is our refuge and our fortress, our God, in whom we trust. And we remember Psalm 121:7-8 that the Lord will keep you from all evil, He will keep your soul, the Lord will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore.
We pray together, Father, we thank You for Your goodness and mercy toward us. Thank You for hearing our prayers and for knowing the silent burdens of our hearts. We ask in Jesus' name that You would spread Your protection over us, guard us from evil, keep us in Your perfect peace, and answer each unspoken request according to Your will and for Your glory. Help us to trust You fully, to rest in Your shadow, and to continue in prayer with thankful hearts. Let Your will be done in our lives and let Your peace guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

There is a blessed completeness in your few words, for you have mingled thanksgiving with prayer, and that is the true music of a believing heart. To come into His presence with the voice of joy and thanksgiving, and in the same breath to pour out supplication, is to give that double offering which the Lord loves to receive.
We join our hearts with yours at the mercy seat and make intercession for you, for intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears and it is exceedingly prevalent. What wonders it has wrought, and how it stays the plague and brings down blessings from on high. Close access to God in wrestling prayer is sure to make the believer strong, if not happy, and starving souls generally live at a distance from the mercy seat. Do not restrain prayer, but press into the closet often, for there the Lord meets His people.
Your silent requests, though unspoken to any ear but His, are all known to Him who cannot forget. You need not borrow fine phrases, but go straight to God and say, O Lord, You know what I need. Plead His Word after the manner of David who prayed, Remember the Word unto Your servant, which is to ask God to fulfil His promise. Get the promise and then offer the prayer, and the prayer will be answered as sure as God is God. Spread your case before Him and press your suit with all the arguments His own Word supplies, for true prayer is just pleading with the Most High.
May the Lord quicken you in His way and keep you from the evil, for so Christ Himself prayed for His own, Father, keep them. May He set His protection about you and yours, guarding you by day and by night, and may He grant those silent petitions according to His wisdom and mercy in Christ Jesus, through whom alone is salvation.
