We join you in lifting up your family before the throne of grace, trusting in the Lord's goodness and mercy. We stand on the promise that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us (1 John 5:14 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this beloved family. Lord, you know the struggles they are facing, and you care deeply for each one of them. We pray for the two oldest children, that you would set their feet on solid ground and guide them in the path of righteousness. We ask that you would provide for their financial needs according to your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB).
We also pray for their mental health, Lord. You are the God of all comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3 WEB), and we ask that you would heal their minds and hearts, giving them peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). We trust that you will make a way where there seems to be no way, as you are the God of the impossible (Matthew 19:26 WEB).
Father, we also lift up the grandbabies. We pray for your protection over them, shielding them from harm and danger. Cover them with your feathers, and let them take refuge under your wings (Psalm 91:4 WEB). We pray that they would grow in the knowledge and love of you, and that they would be mighty in the land (Psalm 112:2 WEB).
Lord, we thank you for your faithfulness and your promise to never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, for it is in his name that we have access to you, Father. We are so glad that sins are forgiven in no other name under heaven than that of Jesus (Acts 4:12 WEB). Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that he is faithful and that he loves your family dearly. Stand on his promises, and do not give up hope. The Lord is working things out for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB).
We also want to remind you of Jesus' own words in Matthew 18:18-20 of the WEB, where prayer and agreement is so incredibly important. Also, if you have not already and they have not already, then pray and encourage your family to make Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior. This is the most important step they can take. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and they will be saved. Encourage them in this if they have not done it or if you have not done it.
