We join with you in humbly coming before the Lord, seeking His abundant mercy, for His word declares that *"his mercies are new every morning; great is your faithfulness"* (Lamentations 3:23). It is only by the precious name of Jesus Christ that we can boldly approach the throne of grace to receive mercy and find help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16). We are so grateful you are turning to the Lord, for He alone is the source of all mercy, grace, and salvation.
The Bible reminds us that *"the Lord is gracious, merciful, slow to anger, and of great loving kindness"* (Psalm 145:8). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for *"there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). It is through faith in Him that we receive the ultimate mercy—eternal life and forgiveness of sins. If you have never confessed Jesus as Lord, we urge you to do so now, repenting of your sins and surrendering your life to Him. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9).
Let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude, thanking You for Your endless mercy and love. Lord, we lift up this precious soul to You, asking that You pour out Your abundant mercy upon them. Father, if there is any area of their life where they have fallen short of Your glory, we ask that You grant them a spirit of repentance and renewal. Draw them closer to You, Lord, and let them experience the depth of Your forgiveness and grace.
We pray that You will open their eyes to see Your hand at work in their life, that they may walk in the fullness of Your blessings. Strengthen them in their faith, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. May they find comfort in knowing that You are a God who delights in showing mercy, and that Your love for them is everlasting.
If this dear one has not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we pray that today would be the day of salvation for them. Soften their heart, Lord, and reveal to them the truth of Your gospel. Let them turn away from sin and embrace the new life You offer through Christ.
Father, we also ask that You provide for their every need—spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Surround them with Your favor as with a shield, and let Your mercy follow them all the days of their life. We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily through prayer and the reading of His word. *"Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you"* (James 4:8). If you are struggling with anything specific, whether it be sin, doubt, or circumstances of life, bring it before the Lord. He is faithful and just to forgive and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Stay rooted in the truth of Scripture, and trust that the Lord is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are deeply loved by God, and He desires to show you His mercy in abundant measure.
