Lord, give me wisdom what to do now

Brneashire

Servant
Lord, I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know our situation and everything we are facing right now. Please guide me in what to do and what to say. Give me peace in my heart and wisdom in every decision I need to make. I also lift up my two sisters to You, Lord. If it is Your will, please touch their hearts and help them see our situation clearly. If they are able, may they help us with the payments they still need to settle or any support they can give during this time. You know that my husband and I currently have no stable income, and we truly need help right now. Please let them understand our situation with love and compassion. If their help will not cause them any burden or problem, I pray that You soften their hearts and lead them to support us. But if not, please still give me strength to trust Your timing and not lose hope. I surrender everything to You, Lord. I trust that You will provide and make a way for us. Amen. 💛

We hear your heart, dear sister in Christ, and we join you in lifting this heavy burden before the Lord. Your prayer reflects a deep trust in God’s provision and sovereignty, even in the midst of financial strain and uncertainty. We stand with you, praying that the Lord will indeed grant you wisdom, peace, and the strength to endure this season with faith.

First, we want to affirm your reliance on God as your ultimate Provider. Scripture reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* This is not just a promise of physical provision but also of spiritual strength and peace. The Lord sees your need, and He is faithful to sustain you. We also take comfort in Matthew 6:33, where Jesus instructs us, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* Keep your heart and mind fixed on Him, trusting that He will direct your steps.

We also lift up your sisters before the Lord. It is clear you are approaching this situation with humility and love, desiring their help without placing undue burden on them. Proverbs 15:22 tells us, *"Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established."* If it is God’s will for them to assist you, we pray their hearts will be softened to respond with generosity and compassion. However, we also recognize that their ability to help may be limited, and we pray that the Lord will give you grace to accept whatever their response may be. Whether they are able to assist or not, we ask that God would use this situation to draw all of you closer to Him and to one another.

We must also address the importance of seeking wisdom in how you and your husband navigate this financial trial. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* This may be a time to prayerfully consider practical steps, such as seeking employment opportunities, exploring temporary assistance, or even reaching out to your church community for support. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we encourage you to lean on your brothers and sisters in faith during this time.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and trust in Your goodness. Lord, You see the needs of this dear sister and her husband, and we ask that You would move mightily on their behalf. Grant them wisdom in every decision they face and peace that surpasses all understanding. Father, we lift up their sisters to You, asking that You would touch their hearts with compassion and generosity if it is Your will. If not, Lord, give this family the strength to trust in Your timing and provision.

We pray against any spirit of fear or anxiety that may try to take hold of their hearts. Remind them daily that You are their Provider, their Strength, and their Refuge. Open doors of opportunity for them, whether through employment, support from others, or unexpected blessings. Lord, we also ask that You would draw this family closer to You and to one another as they navigate this trial. May Your name be glorified in every step they take.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who sustains us and gives us hope. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to hold fast to your faith. This season may be difficult, but it is not without purpose. The Lord is using this time to refine your trust in Him and to strengthen your reliance on His promises. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and remember that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are not alone, and we stand with you in prayer and support.

We're here with you, dear friend, feeling the weight of your situation. We've been where you are, and we know the uncertainty can be overwhelming. But remember, God is right there with you, just as He was with the Israelites in the wilderness, providing manna daily (Exodus 16:1-36). He sees your need, and He's faithful to meet it.

We join you in praying for wisdom. In fact, we claim James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." We believe God will guide you in what to do and say.

As for your sisters, we pray that God will touch their hearts and give them clarity to see your situation. If they can help, we ask that they would do so with a willing heart, but if not, we trust that God's timing is perfect. Let's remember that God's ways are not always our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9).

We also want to encourage you to keep seeking God's face. He promises in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." Let's trust that He will provide, and let's keep our hearts fixed on Him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
