Loosing our home?

we are having money issues (very comon). we owe on our home morgate 290,000. but the value is around 98,000! that's right. Big difference. our mo. payments is almost 2,000. we have a 50 yr. loan, interest only. we are trying to have our home modified but they say we don't qualify and are giving us the right around. Anyways, we decided to walk away and foreclose if they can't help us. We are young and are willing to ruin our credit for 7 yrs. and start new. I want God to let us know if this is the right thing for us to do. or is it one of satan's evil plans again. we need help and this prayer answer soon. thanks. God bless you.

Lord Jesus, I lift Irene and her family up to your mighty throne. She is seeking answers that only you can give. I ask that you touch this couple with your wisdom and discernment. Speak to their mind and show them the way you want them to go forward. May your will be done and may you be glorified. I leave this prayer in your hands and ask your mercy and your grace to cover it. I pray in agreement with previous prayers. I pray a financial blessing and spiritual blessing be poured out fro this family. If it is your will Lord that the family keep this home, help them find a way. I pray that you will touch each and every family member and let them feel your presence in their life.
