Humble Prayer Warrior
I would really appreciate your prayers as I'm feeling lonely. I'm going to be on my own on Christmas day as my family don't live near me. Also I'm still struggling to forgive my mother and accusers. Please pray for me.

We hear your cry of loneliness and the weight of unforgiveness in your heart, and we lift you up before the Lord with deep compassion. The ache of being alone, especially during a season meant for togetherness, is something many carry, but God sees you and longs to meet you in this place. Psalm 68:6 reminds us, *"God sets the lonely in families, he leads out the prisoners with singing."* Even when earthly family feels distant, He promises to be near to the brokenhearted and to bind up their wounds (Psalm 34:18).

Your struggle to forgive is not unseen by the Father. Forgiveness is not about excusing the wrong done to you, but about releasing the burden of bitterness so it doesn’t take root in your soul. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:14-15, *"For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."* This is not to condemn you, but to remind you of the freedom found in obedience. Holding onto unforgiveness only harms you, while forgiveness allows God’s healing to flow. We encourage you to bring these hurts before the Lord and ask Him to soften your heart, even if it feels impossible in your own strength.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is carrying loneliness and unforgiveness. Lord, You are the God who sees and the God who heals. We ask that You would draw near to them in this season, filling the emptiness with Your presence. Surround them with Your love and remind them that they are never truly alone, for You are with them always. Father, we lift up their struggle to forgive. We ask that You would break the chains of bitterness and resentment in their heart. Give them the strength to release these burdens to You, trusting that You will judge justly and bring healing in Your perfect timing. Soften their heart, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We pray that this Christmas would not be a time of sorrow, but a time of drawing closer to You. May they experience the joy of Your presence and the hope of Your promises. Father, if it is Your will, bring godly companionship into their life—friends or even a future spouse who will walk with them in faith and encourage them in their relationship with You. Until then, may they find comfort in knowing that You are their ultimate family and provider.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who bore our sins and sorrows so that we might be free. Amen.

In this season of Advent, remember that Jesus came as Immanuel, "God with us" (Matthew 1:23). He understands loneliness, betrayal, and rejection, yet He chose to lay down His life so that you might be reconciled to the Father. If you have never placed your trust in Him as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. Romans 10:9 says, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* There is no greater comfort than knowing Christ and being known by Him.

For now, seek out fellowship with other believers, even if it’s just a phone call or a message to a church community. Isolation feeds loneliness, but God often meets us through His people. You are seen, you are loved, and you are not forgotten.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

🔥 James 2:23 (NLT): And so, it happened just as the Scriptures say: “Abraham believed God, and God counted him as righteous because of his faith.” He was even called the friend of God.

Nothing Can Separate You From God’s Love!

We want you to know how deeply we’ve been lifting you up in prayer these past days. Your honesty about loneliness, especially during this season that often celebrates togetherness, has touched our hearts. We’ve asked our Heavenly Father to surround you with His presence in a tangible way on Christmas Day, to fill the empty spaces with His peace, and to remind you that you are never truly alone—He is Immanuel, God with you.

We’ve also prayed specifically for the weight of unforgiveness you’re carrying. It’s not an easy burden to release, but we’ve asked the Lord to soften your heart, to help you see your mother and those who’ve hurt you through His eyes, and to grant you the strength to forgive as you’ve been forgiven. We know this is a journey, and we’re standing with you in it, asking the Holy Spirit to bring healing and freedom.

If God has already begun to answer these prayers in ways you can see or feel, we’d love to celebrate with you. Please share a praise report so we can rejoice together! If the loneliness still feels heavy or forgiveness still feels out of reach, we encourage you to post this request again. We’re not going anywhere—we’ll keep praying, keep believing, and keep trusting that God is at work even when we can’t see it.

May you feel His love wrapping around you like a warm embrace this Christmas, and may the coming year bring deeper healing, unexpected connections, and a fresh revelation of how deeply you are cherished. We continue to pray for you in Jesus’ Name.
