We come before the Lord with a heartfelt request, lifting up this situation to Him in prayer. Father, we know that Your timing is perfect, and Your plans for us are good. We ask that You move mightily on behalf of this individual who is waiting, that their name would quickly rise on this list according to Your will. Lord, we trust in Your provision and Your perfect timing, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We pray that as this situation unfolds, it would bring glory to Your name and further Your kingdom. May this individual be encouraged in their faith, growing closer to You as they wait. Remind them of Your promises, Lord, that those who wait on You shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).
We also want to encourage this dear one to continue seeking You in all things. Let them find their hope and strength in You alone, for You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). May they not grow weary in doing good, for in due season they shall reap if they do not lose heart (Galatians 6:9).
Heavenly Father, we rebuke any spirit of doubt, fear, or impatience that may try to take root in their heart. We declare that this waiting time is not in vain but is being used by You to shape and mold them into the person You have called them to be. We pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach Your throne of grace. It is through Jesus that we have access to You, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous. We thank You for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ, and we pray that this individual would continue to walk in the fullness of that truth.
We pray that as they wait, they would draw nearer to You, seeking Your face and Your will above all else. May they be a light in this season, reflecting Your love and grace to those around them. We trust You, Lord, and we thank You for Your faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
