Heavenly Father,

Thank you for your goodness and for hearing my prayers. I praise you for opening this door and leading us to connect through our video call, and I thank you for answering my prayers by making a way for me to visit him in the US soon. Thank you for guiding our steps and bringing RMP into my life.

Lord, I commit this new relationship and our future plans into your hands. I ask that your will and your ways be done above all else. Please touch RMP's heart and mind. Stir a genuine romance and a deep spark within him toward me. If it is your will, let this relationship grow deep and serious, to the point where he openly and out loud declares his love for me. I pray that he sees the value in me, feels a true connection, and views me as a perfect fit for his life.

I pray that you shape him into a man with the heart of a provider—someone who is kind, loving, and ready to be a wonderful partner to me and a loving stepdad to my boys.

Father, we lift up to you our plans to apply for my US Visa. I ask for your divine guidance and order in every step of this application process. Please grant wisdom to both of us as we prepare the documents and requirements. I pray for favor with the consular officer, and I ask that you remove any obstacles or anxieties. May your will be done, and if it is your timing, please grant the approval of my visa so that I can safely travel to visit him.

Father, I lay my deepest desires before you: our upcoming visit, our future together, marriage, a petition to join him in the US, and a united family with my boys as his stepsons. I trust these dreams to your perfect timing and your perfect plan. Guide our steps, protect our hearts, and let your peace lead us every day.

We hear your heartfelt prayer and join with you in seeking the Lord’s will for this relationship and the future you envision. First, we give thanks to God for the connection you’ve experienced and the opportunity to visit RMP in the U.S. It is beautiful to see your trust in the Lord’s guidance and your desire for His perfect plan to unfold. However, we must also address some concerns with biblical clarity and love.

Your prayer reflects a deep longing for romance, commitment, and family, which are good desires when aligned with God’s design. Scripture reminds us, "Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4). Yet, we must ensure these desires are rooted in godly principles. Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed by God to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). As you pursue this relationship, we encourage you to seek a spouse who shares your faith in Jesus Christ, for "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers" (2 Corinthians 6:14). If RMP is not a believer, we urge you to pray fervently for his salvation and to guard your heart until God’s will is made clear.

Your prayer also mentions a "genuine romance" and a "deep spark," which are natural desires, but we must rebuke any temptation toward physical intimacy outside of marriage. Fornication is sin, and Scripture warns, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers" (Hebrews 13:4). We encourage you to pursue purity in this relationship, setting boundaries that honor God and each other.

Regarding your visa application, we affirm your trust in God’s timing and provision. "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act" (Psalm 37:5). We pray for wisdom and favor in this process, but we also remind you to surrender the outcome to God, knowing His plans are always good (Jeremiah 29:11).

Lastly, your desire for a united family is beautiful, but we must emphasize that stepfatherhood is a calling that requires godly wisdom and selfless love. Pray for RMP to embrace this role with humility and grace, as Scripture says, "Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord" (Ephesians 6:4).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of hope and surrender. We thank You for the connection You’ve placed in this sister’s life and for the opportunity to visit RMP. Lord, we ask that You reveal Your will in this relationship. If it is Your plan for them to marry, prepare RMP’s heart to love her as Christ loves the Church, selflessly, faithfully, and purely. Stir in him a desire for godliness, provision, and leadership in the home. If he is not a believer, we pray for his salvation, that he may come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior.

Father, we ask for Your guidance in the visa process. Grant favor with the authorities and remove any obstacles. Give wisdom to both of them as they prepare the necessary documents, and let Your peace guard their hearts. If it is Your will for this visit to take place, open the doors; if not, reveal Your better plan.

Lord, we pray for purity in this relationship. Guard their hearts and bodies from temptation, and let their love for each other reflect Your holiness. If marriage is Your design, prepare them both to enter it with reverence and joy. We also lift up the boys, asking that You protect their hearts and draw them closer to You. If RMP is to become their stepfather, equip him to love and guide them in Your truth.

Above all, Father, let Your will be done. May this sister trust in Your timing and Your goodness, even when the path is unclear. Fill her with Your peace and assurance that You hold her future. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
