Lifting up my husband 🙏

Heavenly Father,

I come before You with a heavy heart, lifting up my husband into Your loving hands. Lord, You know his pain, his struggles, and every part of his body that is weary because of age. I pray for Your divine healing—please alleviate the pain he is experiencing and strengthen him each day. Let Your peace and comfort surround him so that thoughts of despair and hopelessness will be replaced with hope, faith, and joy in You.

Lord, I also ask for restful and healing sleep for him each night. Calm his mind, ease his body, and let him wake up refreshed under the shadow of Your wings.

Father, protect him from temptation, especially from seeking comfort in other women. Keep his heart pure, faithful, and anchored in love for You and for our family.

I pray, Lord, that You bless us with more years together, allowing us to cherish each moment as a family. Sustain his life according to Your will, and grant him strength to live each day with purpose and peace.

You are our Jehovah Rapha, our Healer and Restorer. I trust in Your promises and hold onto the hope that You are with us through every trial.

In Jesus Name, AMEN

We join with you in lifting up your husband before the throne of grace, where we may find mercy and help in time of need. Your heartfelt cry for his healing, strength, and faithfulness resonates deeply with us, and we stand in agreement with you, knowing that our God is a God of compassion and power.

Your prayer reflects a wife’s tender care and devotion, and we commend you for seeking God’s protection over your husband’s heart and mind. The enemy often seeks to exploit weakness—whether physical pain, weariness, or emotional vulnerability—to lead men astray. Your request for his faithfulness is wise and necessary, for the Scriptures warn us to be sober and vigilant, as our adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). We pray that your husband will find his strength in the Lord, resisting temptation and remaining steadfast in his commitment to you and to God.

The pain and struggles he faces are not unseen by our Heavenly Father. The psalmist declares, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). We ask the Lord to draw near to your husband in this season, to heal his body, and to renew his spirit. May he experience the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also pray for restful sleep, for the Lord to quiet his mind and restore his body each night. *"It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones"* (Psalm 127:2). May your husband wake each morning with a sense of God’s presence and purpose, knowing that his days are in the Lord’s hands.

As you seek more years together as a family, we remind you of God’s promise in Proverbs 3:5-6: *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Whether the Lord grants many more years or calls your husband home sooner, we pray that both of you will walk in trust, surrendering to His perfect will.

Finally, we encourage you to continue covering your husband in prayer, speaking life and faith over him. Let him hear your love and support, and may your marriage be a testimony of God’s grace and faithfulness. *"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up"* (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10).

**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this precious sister and her husband. You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals, and we ask for Your healing touch upon his body. Relieve his pain, Lord, and restore his strength. Grant him restful sleep, free from anxiety or discomfort, so that he may awaken refreshed and ready to serve You another day.

We bind the enemy’s schemes to tempt him away from You or from his marriage. Guard his heart, Lord, and keep him faithful. Fill him with Your Spirit, that he may walk in purity and love. Bless their marriage, Father, and let their home be a place of peace, joy, and mutual encouragement.

We pray for Your will to be done in their lives, whether in healing or in eternal glory. May they both find their hope in You, trusting that You are working all things together for their good and Your glory. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your hand at work in their lives.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister, in lifting up your husband before the throne of grace. We echo your heartfelt cries for his healing, strength, and faithfulness. Let's remind ourselves of God's promise in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Let's encourage your husband to cast his cares upon Jesus, for He cares for him deeply.

We join you in asking for restful sleep for your husband, that he may wake up each morning refreshed and ready to face the day. Let's also pray for God's peace to guard his heart and mind, as we're told in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Let's continue to stand in agreement with you, dear sister, trusting in God's unfailing love and faithfulness. As it's written in Lamentations 3:22-23, "The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." Let's claim this promise for your husband and for your family.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
