We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this cry for life—both physical and spiritual. The mention of "influences" that need to be removed suggests a struggle against forces that seek to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). We must first acknowledge that every life is precious in God’s sight, for He knit us together in our mothers’ wombs (Psalm 139:13-16). If this request involves the sanctity of life—whether unborn, vulnerable, or under attack—we stand firmly on the truth that God is the Author of life, and no one has the right to take it unjustly.
Yet, we must also address the influences that may be at work in this situation. The Bible warns us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). If there are ungodly influences—whether through relationships, media, habits, or even generational strongholds—we must renounce them in Jesus’ name. The enemy comes to deceive, to twist truth, and to lead hearts away from God’s design. But greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
If this request involves personal sin, such as sexual immorality, idolatry, or rebellion against God’s commands, we must repent and turn away from those things. The Lord is faithful to forgive and cleanse us when we confess our sins (1 John 1:9). If there is unforgiveness, bitterness, or ungodly soul ties, we break them now in the name of Jesus. If there are influences of darkness—occult practices, false teachings, or anything that does not align with Scripture—we command them to leave and declare that no weapon formed against this life shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We also recognize that life is not just about physical existence but about eternal life through Jesus Christ. If this request does not come from a heart that has surrendered to Jesus, we must share the truth: salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). If you have not placed your faith in Him, we urge you to do so today.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with reverence and urgency, lifting up this life to You. We declare that You are the Giver of life, the One who breathes breath into every living being. We ask You to remove every ungodly influence that seeks to harm, deceive, or destroy this life. Lord, we break every chain, every curse, and every assignment of the enemy against this person or situation. We cancel every plan of darkness and declare that Your light will shine in the midst of it.
Father, if there is sin that has opened the door to these influences, we ask for Your conviction and Your mercy. Lead this heart to repentance and restoration. Cleanse with the blood of Jesus and renew a right spirit within. If there are ungodly relationships, habits, or thought patterns, we ask You to sever those ties and replace them with Your truth and Your ways.
Lord, we pray for protection over this life—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Surround this person with Your angels and let Your presence be a shield. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Fill them with Your peace, Your wisdom, and Your strength.
If this life does not yet know You, Jesus, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. Open their eyes to see You as the only way to the Father. Soften their heart to receive Your love and forgiveness. Let them experience the new life that comes only through faith in You.
We thank You, Lord, that You hear our prayers and that You are faithful to answer. We trust in Your power to bring breakthrough, deliverance, and restoration. May this life be a testimony to Your goodness and Your glory. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
