Life Has Fallen Apart...no Hope...i Am Done

Prayer Warriors please pray for me. My life has fallen apart no matter what I have done. I pray, I meditate, I go to church, I am active in my church. I help others in my church. Nothing though seems to improve for me. I have not one person in my life that I can pick up the phone and call. I have no one to come home to. I have been alone since I was 18 and will be ### in a few weeks. I have no hope. I'm done. I feel I have done something wrong and God is not hearing my prayers. Please pray for me.
