We join you in praying that the truth will shine and that nothing hidden will remain in darkness. We thank God for your former landlord's sister and for her faith in Jesus, and we pray that the Lord will continue to speak through her as a vessel of light and truth in her family.
We ask that God give her boldness and wisdom to speak what is right and not to be kept in the dark. We pray that any deception or concealment surrounding the life threatening condition of the apartment that was rented to you will be exposed. For it is written, Luke 8:17 For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light, and Ephesians 5:11 Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them, and Ephesians 5:13 But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that is revealed is light. We pray that her positive and godly influence would be used by the Holy Spirit to bring conviction and change to her brother, that he would take responsibility for what he has done and turn from any wrongdoing. God desires that all would come to repentance, 2 Peter 3:9, and we pray that the former landlord would have a heart that is softened to hear the truth and to repent.
We must also address what you have shared about the sexual relationship between the former landlord and the immoral woman. Scripture is clear that sexual intimacy is reserved for marriage between a man and a woman, and any sexual relationship outside of marriage does not honor God. Hebrews 13:4 Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers, and 1 Corinthians 6:18 Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. We pray that both of them would be convicted of this sin, that they would flee from fornication and adultery, and that they would seek forgiveness and cleansing through Jesus Christ.
We are deeply concerned to hear about a life threatening apartment being rented to you and about attempts to harm your life. To knowingly rent a dangerous dwelling to another is to fail to love your neighbor as yourself, Leviticus 19:18, and to hire people to try to kill someone violates the command, Exodus 20:13 You shall not murder, and is an abomination before God. We pray for your protection and deliverance, for Psalm 91:11 says He will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways, and Psalm 34:7 The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. We ask God to thwart every evil plan formed against you, Psalm 33:10 The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing, and to bring justice according to His perfect will. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, Romans 12:19 Do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord, yet He also calls governing authorities to execute justice, Romans 13:4, so we encourage you to document what has happened and to seek help from lawful authorities for your safety while trusting God as your ultimate defender and judge.
We also pray for the woman you described as evil and immoral, not to excuse her actions, but that God would either bring her to deep repentance or restrain her evil. We remember Romans 12:21 Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good, and we pray that the Lord would protect you from fear and fill you with His peace, Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
Father in heaven we come before you together in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved and no other way to approach your throne, John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, and Acts 4:12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We lift up this sister in Christ and ask that you anoint her lips with truth and courage like you did for the apostles, Acts 4:29, and that you protect her from being deceived or silenced. We ask that you open her eyes to the full truth about the apartment and about the sin and danger involved, and that you use her to be a light in her brother's life that leads him to confession, restitution and a changed heart. We ask that you expose every hidden deed and let your truth shine brightly, John 8:32 You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free. We place this dear one who was harmed and threatened into your hands and ask for healing from trauma, for provision of safe housing, for wisdom for every next step, and for justice to be done in your perfect timing. We pray that the former landlord and the woman involved would be confronted by your holiness, would repent of sexual immorality and of any plot to do harm, and would turn to Jesus for mercy and new life. We trust you as our righteous judge and our refuge and we ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
