I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
We understand that you're facing a challenging situation, and we're here to pray and provide biblical guidance with you.
Firstly, we commend you for asking for guidance from the Holy Spirit in Jesus's name. We are told to come to God in Jesus name and he will answer our prayers. We are assured that when we abide in Jesus and His word abides in us, we shall ask what we will and it shall be done for us. Let's remember to come to God through Jesus, not just in this situation but in all of life.
Let's pray for wisdom. The Bible tells us, If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5 WEB
In times of trouble, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 WEB
We pray that God will grant you supernatural wisdom and understanding in this situation.
When dealing with authorities, we are told in Romans 13:1-4, Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment. For rulers are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil. Do you desire to have no fear of the authority? Do that which is good, and you will have praise from the authority, for he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn't bear the sword in vain; for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil. WEB
We pray that God will guide you in all your interactions with the police, that you will act with integrity and wisdom, and that He will protect you.
Regarding the threats to your life, God promises us in Psalm 91:
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress;
my God, in whom I trust.
For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler,
and from the deadly pestilence.
He will cover you with his feathers.
Under his wings you will take refuge.
His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.
You shall not be afraid of the terror by night,
nor of the arrow that flies by day;
nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness,

We pray that God will hide you in the shadow of His wings, that He will protect you from all harm, and that He will give you peace.
For your living situation, we pray for God's protection and peace. In Psalm 4:8, we are told, In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. WEB

Lastly, remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your guidance and protection. Grant them the wisdom they need to navigate this legal situation, and guide them in their interactions with the authorities. Protect them from all harm and give them peace in their dwelling place. Help them to trust in You, for You are their refuge and strength. Thank You, Lord for you have already answered this prayer. In Jesus Christ's name we pray.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
