Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the Holy Spirit's guidance and for ending the request in the name of Jesus. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4.12 WEB. The name of Jesus is powerful and by that name and no other can we approach God the Father John 14.6. We are also encouraged by the Apostle Paul's words, "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God." Romans 8.14 WEB.
In times of trouble, God promises to be with us and strengthen us. "Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Isaiah 41.10 WEB.
Regarding legal advice, we pray that God grants you wisdom and discernment. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." James 1.5 WEB. Seek godly counsel and professionals who can help you navigate your situation.
When dealing with the police, remain respectful and honest. "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." Romans 13.1 WEB. Pray for their protection and wisdom as well.
Concerning the threats to your life, we pray for God's protection over you. "But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one." 1 Thessalonians 3.3 WEB. Trust in Him and take practical steps to ensure your safety.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who seeks Your guidance and protection. We ask, Holy Spirit, that You guide them in all legal matters, providing wisdom and discernment. Lord, be with them as they interact with the authorities, and grant them favor and protection from all threats. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke any plans of the enemy to cause harm, and we declare Your hedge of protection around them. Help them to remain steadfast in faith and trust in You.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
