Today, I have more invested into what to do for my language learning routine, how to learn like a child, how much to do in a day, and so on. But, unfortunately I did this before reading my Bible & with using AI & I felt convicted but ignored that conviction.

I am to change my routine a little, so i need God's help in doing so. I know of ways to still spend time with Him while learning spanish & ukrainian, so I'm happy about that.

I found out how to adapt this into my content creating on tiktok without burning myself out, but while also saying harsh truths that the Holy Spirit can use to convict people. So mainly English, but the Bible verse is in ukrainian or spanish.

I also found out that I am to do spanish in the morning until lunchtime, have a break called 'reset time' for like 3 and a half hours and then learn ukrainian until bed. But in the Spanish & ukrainian slots, it's not full on ukrainian or spanish that whole time, it's more so the start for like a hour & then the end for like an hour, that way I'm not burning myself out.

Lord, help me to put You first in learning these languages. Help me to not lean on my own strength, but to lean on Yours. Help me to be consistent with this routine. Use me as a vessel to get Your message across using these languages that You put me up to for learning. Help to not be discouraged by it taking a long time to learn or get used to. Be with me through this process, for I know that You will never leave me nor forsake me. Help me to be consistent even on the busy days, & help me not to be discouraged on those days by learning not as much. Help me to not translate from English into ukrainian or spanish, as that slows down my progress. But as I'm so used to it, I can't help but do it. Use my language learning for Your purposes, Your will, & Your glory. Help me Lord. In the name of Jesus, amen.

It is beautiful that you felt conviction when you prioritized other things before God’s Word, this is the Holy Spirit working in you, drawing you back to what truly matters. We are grateful you are realigning your routine to put Him first, for without Him, even our best efforts will fall short.

The Lord delights in your willingness to use the gifts He has given you, your time, your mind, and even your voice on platforms like TikTok, to share His truth. But we must remember that our strength and wisdom come from Him alone. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." You are not relying on your own strategies or AI tools to succeed; you are depending on the One who created language itself and who can open doors no man can shut.

We also want to gently encourage you to be mindful of how you steward your time and energy. While your schedule seems well-intentioned, we must ensure that our routines do not become idols or sources of pride. Colossians 3:23-24 says, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Even in language learning, our ultimate goal should be to serve Him, not to achieve perfection or productivity for its own sake. If your routine ever begins to feel like a burden rather than a joy, we encourage you to pause and seek the Lord’s direction afresh.

We also lift up your desire to use these languages to share God’s Word and convict hearts. This is a noble and needed calling! But we must always remember that it is the Holy Spirit who convicts, not our words alone. John 16:8 tells us, "When he has come, he will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment." Our role is to be faithful vessels, speaking truth in love and relying on Him to do the work in hearts. As you create content, ask the Lord to guard your heart against pride or comparison, and to keep your focus on His glory, not your own influence.

Now, let us pray with you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts for this brother or sister in Christ who seeks to honor You in all things. Lord, we ask that You would go before them as they adjust their routine to prioritize You. Help them to seek You first each day, not just in word but in deed, so that their language learning would be a reflection of their love for You. Father, we ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, giving them wisdom, discipline, and joy as they study. Remove any discouragement or frustration that may arise, and replace it with Your peace and patience.

Lord, we pray that You would use their efforts for Your kingdom. May the words they share in Spanish and Ukrainian be anointed by You to touch hearts, convict souls, and draw people to Christ. Guard their heart from pride or comparison, and help them to remember that it is You who equips and empowers them. When they feel weary or tempted to rely on their own strength, remind them of Your promise in Isaiah 40:31: "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."

Father, we also ask that You would help them to break free from old habits, like translating from English, and instead immerse themselves in the languages as You guide them. Give them creativity and clarity as they create content, and let every post be a testament to Your love and truth. May their life and their words point others to Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can be saved.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. We trust that You will complete the good work You have begun in them. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Your brain will over time learn to reach for the Ukrainian or Spanish word first, but only if you don't tense up about the times it still reaches for English. That relaxed patience is where you'll feel the least burnout and the most joy.

It is well that you have declared your ways unto the Lord, for He has heard you, and His ear is ever open to the cry of the contrite. That sharp sting of conviction, that you put your routine before His Book and leaned upon the arm of flesh, is the faithful wound of a Friend. The Spirit has not abandoned you when He troubles your peace over such neglect. But remember, the shame of our weakness is only a prelude to the glory of His strength. You have confessed your fault; now hear the promise: “They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.” All strength apart from God is derived strength, and it must dry up, as a brook in summer. Your own planning, your own zeal, even your own rigid schedule, will fail unless the Lord build the house.

Do not imagine that the answer to your prayer will come by a mere rearrangement of hours. No, the crying need is to be much with God. The man of God alone with God, with his Bible and candle, with prayer bringing divine light, that is the soul who finds wings. Your “reset time” must be more than a pause from study; it must be a time of looking into the Father’s face, speaking with Him, and hearing His voice. Commune with Him in every flower that blooms, in every word you learn, for the whole world is full of God to him who believes.

And concerning these tongues, Spanish and Ukrainian, do not be quick to think that the Holy Spirit needs your crutch of harsh truths to convict men. He is sovereign, and His dominion is His glory. He can take the lisping of a child or the broken syllables of a foreigner and make them a sword in the conscience. The Lord often does terrible things in righteousness which we looked not for, using the weak things of this world to confound the mighty. Your labour in content creation, if it be sprinkled with the blood of the Cross, may yet be a testimony that God hears prayer. Only beware of the pride that would translate from your own strength. That impulse you feel, to translate from English first, is the flesh clinging to its own understanding. Lay it down. It is not your method that hinders, but your unbelief. “Have faith in God.” The same Spirit who gave you the first grain of faith must enlarge the measure. Cry to Him to make you lie passive in His hand, that the languages might flow from His teaching alone.

Learning Christ, that is true learning. His nature, His divine power to remove sin, His peace, these are the treasures hid in the field, whether you dig in Spanish soil or Ukrainian. If you are in fellowship with Him, even the drudgery of grammar becomes a place of meeting. Declare your ways to Him in the morning: “Teach me Your statutes,” and then let the languages be but different harps on which you sound forth His praise. He will fitly infuse strength and wisely balance your mind, so that you shall not burn out, for your strength shall be like the eagle’s, renewed day by day.

You feared the slow pace. Remember, the Lord is the God of the ages; He never degenerates. He who delivered you from the floods of former trouble will not fail now. The interpositions of His grace are full of wonder. Do not measure progress by lexicons, but by the increase of Christ within you. When you are without strength, then fling yourself upon divine strength, for He has said, “I will strengthen them.” And the glory of that strength will all lie in God.

He who has begun this work in you will plead your cause, and you shall plead His among the nations. Only keep your place at His feet, and let your soul make its boast in the Lord. The humble shall hear thereof and be glad.

You have felt that gentle sting of conscience rightly, for it is no small thing when the soul places its own plans before the nourishment of Scripture. That you were more careful about the method of learning tongues than about hearing God speak first in His Word is an imbalance that must be corrected. Not that learning is evil, but when it crowds out the one thing needful, the foundation slips. Remember: if we go into battle without arms, how can we stand? The Scriptures are our arms; do not lay them aside even for a good pursuit. Let your first hour belong to God, and then the day’s labor will have His blessing.

Yet I see your desire is not mere curiosity, but to serve as a vessel for the message of Christ. This is right. But take heed: the strength for this work is not from your own scheduling or resolve. The Apostle himself confessed, “Who enabled me?” He knew the burden was too heavy for human shoulders. If you lean on your routine, your daily hours, your clever plan to avoid burnout, you will find discouragement waiting for you when the plan breaks. Instead, lean on the grace that is sufficient in every weakness. On busy days, when you learn less, do not let your heart be troubled. These interruptions are permitted by God for discipline, not defeat. Your part is to be faithful in what you can, and to trust God with the increase. The peace of God must rule, not the fretful umpire of anxiety that measures every moment.

As for translating in your mind, this is the habit of one who remains always a beginner. You fear it slows your progress, and you are right. If you are ever learning, you never come to the knowledge of the tongue as a living thing. Strive to think in the language as a child does, by much hearing and simple imitation, not by constant reference to your native speech. But do not fight this battle alone; ask God to give you the mind of a learner who trusts, not one who dissects. This too is a work of His enabling.

Your plan to share truth boldly on TikTok is a perilous and glorious thing. But see that your own heart is first subdued by the Word before you speak harsh truths. A vessel must be clean. Let the Holy Spirit convict you deeply before you hope to convict others; otherwise, you may speak rightly but love coldly. Yet I do not dampen your zeal. God can use even faltering lips. Only ensure that your message, whether in English, Spanish, or Ukrainian, is drenched in the love that brought Christ to the cross. Peace, not contention, should be the umpire when you craft those words.

Do not despise the slowness of the process. The work of a day seems nothing, but over years it builds a tower for the Lord. Faint not when you are rebuked by your own tardy progress. He who began a good work in you will complete it. Go now, and put first things first: the Kingdom, the Word, prayer. Then take up your languages as tools in His hand, not as masters that demand your anxiety. You are not your own; you are bought with a price. Learn, then, as one who learns for eternity.

Conviction is not the enemy. It is the voice of the Spirit gently redirecting your heart back to the one thing that is truly necessary. You felt that tug to place the Word before the planning, and when you ignored it, the unease only grew. That is mercy in action. God is not up in heaven taking notes for your next failure; He is drawing you to a deeper dependence. His stance toward you has not shifted. He is for you, never against you. The constancy of His love is the anchor when your own routine feels shaky.

Your prayer is honest and good. You are asking for help not to lean on your own strength, and that alone shows the Spirit at work. We often discover in prayer that the real change does not happen in the situation first but in us. As we bring our tangled plans and good intentions before the Lord, He reorders our loves. He humbles our proud self-reliance and lifts up our weary resolve by His grace. You will find over these next weeks that the discipline of seeking Him before you open a textbook or an app will shape your character far more than any language drill.

Do not despise the structure you are building. The morning slot, the reset time, the evening rhythm, these are not earning points with God, but they are wise boundaries for a finite creature. You are learning what Israel learned in the wilderness: God’s provision often comes with a pattern. A wall of water on the right hand and on the left. A daily measure of manna, not a hoarded store. He hovers over you like an eagle teaching her young to fly, and part of that teaching is helping you discover a pace that does not burn you out. Consistency born of grace pleases Him, not frantic striving.

The frustration you feel about translating from English into your new languages is natural, but it too is a place for dependence. You cannot force your brain to think natively overnight. This is a slow, incarnational process, not a failure of will. The Spirit who descended at Pentecost is the same Spirit who can make a foreign tongue a channel for worship, not just a skill. When you read a Bible verse in Ukrainian or Spanish for your content, you are already inviting God to use your voice beyond your own comprehension. You do not need to see the full roadmap. You are like the one told simply to go toward Gaza, not knowing who he would meet. The Spirit always knows.

When the day slips and you accomplish less than your plan, remember that His promises are not voided by your limitations. The blessings of God are given to us by His grace, not as a wage for our flawless performance. Your righteousness is hidden in Christ, not in a completed flashcard set. Let that truth wash over the guilt that whispers you have fallen short. God does not change His mind about you based on your output. From our perspective, it may feel as though His attitude shifts when we stumble, but that is only our finite language trying to describe an infinite, steadfast love. He has always known your frame and still called you to this journey.

Let your language learning become a hidden liturgy. As your mind acquires new words for ordinary things, bread, water, house, sky, let those words be offered back to the One who made them all. Sooner than you realize, you will find yourself bypassing translation and simply resting in understanding, and that quiet breakthrough will be a gift, not an achievement. The God who made a way through the sea is making a way through your neural pathways. Trust Him in the daily, unglamorous repetition. Your refuge is not in a perfect system but in the promises that stand forever. He will never leave you nor forsake you, not on your best learning day, and not on the day you feel you have nothing to show.
