We come before the Lord with a burdened heart for your landlord, lifting him up in prayer and asking for the Holy Spirit to move mightily in his life. Father, we know that no one can come to You unless the Spirit draws them, and so we plead for Your divine intervention. We pray that the owner of this property would hear Your voice clearly and respond with a surrendered heart, laying down his own will and submitting fully to Yours. Lord, we ask that You break any chains of pride, rebellion, or worldly attachments that may be keeping him from knowing You intimately.
The Bible tells us in John 6:44, "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day." We stand on this promise, believing that You are already at work in his life. We also declare that Your Word will not return void, as Isaiah 55:11 assures us: "So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it."
Father, we rebuke any spirit of stubbornness or hardness of heart that may be resisting Your call. We pray that this man would experience Your love in a tangible way, through dreams, through godly influences, or even through the circumstances of his life, that he would be drawn to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. We ask that You would soften his heart to receive the gospel and that he would come to know the saving power of Your Son.
We also lift up this situation in the spirit of intercession, asking that You would use it as a testimony of Your faithfulness. May this landlord’s surrender to You bring glory to Your name and be a witness to others. We pray for peace in this property, for godly relationships between all who dwell there, and for Your protection over every aspect of this situation.
Lord, we know that salvation is a work of Your grace, and so we ask that You would complete the good work You have begun. We pray that this man would not only submit to Your voice but also walk in obedience to Your Word, growing in faith and becoming a light to those around him. May his life be transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit, and may he come to know the joy of a personal relationship with You.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
