Please pray in Jesus name for the owner to submit to God’s voice and surrenders his life and all his will to the Father!! Amen!!!

We lift up this landlord before the throne of grace, asking that the Holy Spirit would move powerfully in his life. Father, we pray that You would soften his heart to hear Your voice and surrender every part of his life—his finances, his decisions, his relationships, and his future—fully into Your hands. May he come to know the peace and freedom that only comes from total submission to You.

"Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will." Lord, if this landlord does not yet know You as Savior and Lord, we ask that You would draw him to Yourself. Open his eyes to see his need for Jesus, the only One who can reconcile him to You. May he repent of any sin, turn from his own ways, and place his trust in Christ alone for salvation. We declare that no one can come to the Father except through Jesus, and we pray that this man would come to faith in Him.

"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life! No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" (John 14:6 WEB)

We also pray for wisdom and integrity in his dealings with tenants. May he conduct his business in a way that honors You, showing fairness, compassion, and generosity. If there is any unrighteousness in his dealings, convict him, Lord, and lead him to make things right.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of greed, hardness of heart, or worldly ambition that may be influencing him. We declare that Your love and truth will break every chain and that he will walk in the light of Your presence. May his life be a testimony of Your grace and power.

We stand in faith, believing that You are at work even now, drawing this man to Yourself. May he experience the joy of salvation and the purpose that comes from living for You. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
