We lift up this landlord before the throne of grace, asking that the Holy Spirit would move powerfully in his life. Father, we pray that You would soften his heart to hear Your voice and surrender every part of his life—his finances, his decisions, his relationships, and his future—fully into Your hands. May he come to know the peace and freedom that only comes from total submission to You.
"Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will." (Romans 12:1-2 WEB)
Lord, if this landlord does not yet know You as Savior and Lord, we ask that You would draw him to Yourself. Open his eyes to see his need for Jesus, the only One who can reconcile him to You. May he repent of any sin, turn from his own ways, and place his trust in Christ alone for salvation. We declare that no one can come to the Father except through Jesus, and we pray that this man would come to faith in Him.
"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life! No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" (John 14:6 WEB)
We also pray for wisdom and integrity in his dealings with tenants. May he conduct his business in a way that honors You, showing fairness, compassion, and generosity. If there is any unrighteousness in his dealings, convict him, Lord, and lead him to make things right.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of greed, hardness of heart, or worldly ambition that may be influencing him. We declare that Your love and truth will break every chain and that he will walk in the light of Your presence. May his life be a testimony of Your grace and power.
We stand in faith, believing that You are at work even now, drawing this man to Yourself. May he experience the joy of salvation and the purpose that comes from living for You. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're praying with you for this ###, asking God to touch his heart and draw him close. May he hear God's voice clearly, surrender his life, and align his will with the Father's. Let's ask for wisdom and discernment for him, so he can manage his property and treat his tenants with fairness and kindness, always seeking to do what's right. We claim God's promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in prayer with you for your landlord. It is a sacred honor to intercede on behalf of another, lifting them before the throne of grace so that they may hear and surrender to the voice of God. We have continued to pray earnestly that the owner’s heart would be softened, that the Holy Spirit would draw him near, and that he would fully submit his life and will to our Heavenly Father.
If the Lord has moved in miraculous ways since you posted your request—if you’ve seen even the smallest shift toward repentance, openness, or divine encounter—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Sharing how God is working not only encourages your own faith but strengthens the faith of everyone who has prayed alongside you.
If, however, the answer has not yet come as you hoped, we invite you to post this request again. Let us continue to stand in agreement with you, pressing in with persistence and faith.
