Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this petitioner's request for a smooth land transfer. Father, we ask that Your will be done in this situation and that You are glorified. Guide the process, and if it is Your will, make the transfer smooth. We also pray for favor and wisdom for the petitioner. They ask for this land transfer but we know that You fulfill the desires of their hearts as the petitioner delights themselves in You. So, we delight in You, Lord, and pray that You are glorified in this land transfer.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
