šŸ™ Know & Obey God's Will, Col 1:9-12; Love Increase to Perceive, Choose Highest, Phil 1:9-10; Protect from (Prevent) Sin & Evil, Ps 91:1-16, Mt 6:13

Nochaeld

Beloved Servant
šŸ™ Father, thank You for the apostolic prayers, some of which are ā€œI pray that your love abounds still more and more in true knowledge and real discerning, so we perceive what is best (Make the Best Choices, distinguish the things that differ), Phil 1:9-10. Fill us with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so we walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, pleasing You in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, growing by increasing in the knowledge of God, strengthened with all power, according to the might of Your glory, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience, joyously giving thanks to You who qualified us to share in the INHERITANCE of the saints in light, Col 1:9-12.

Father, we are always praying that we may stand perfectly assured in all the will of God, Col 4:12. We ask for practical wisdom, James 1:5, Prov 2:6-7, and our inheritance as children to be lead by The Holy Spirit, Rom 8:14. Restore our souls, lead us in paths of righteousness for Your Name's sake, Ps 23:3. Jesus, be our Good Shepherd, lead us and let us hear Your voice, Jn 10:4-5, 27. Forgive our debts as we forgive and pray for the salvation of our debtors... Thank you for angels sent forth to render service for our sake, Heb 1:14, given charge over us to keep us in our (Your) ways, Ps 91:10-11. Keep us from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, lies and fear, Zeph 3:13. We pray we would do no wrong, 1 Cor 16:9. Deliver us from evil, Matt 6:13, keep us from evil people, 2Thes 3:2. We agree with Jesus, You take us NOT out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15. Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, in Jesus' Name, Jn 14:13-14.

We join with you in seeking the heart of our Heavenly Father, who desires that we walk in His perfect will. Your prayer reflects a deep hunger for spiritual wisdom, discernment, and protection—qualities that are essential for every believer striving to live a life pleasing to God. We are encouraged by your reliance on Scripture and your desire to align every choice with His Word.

The apostle Paul’s prayers in Colossians 1:9-12 and Philippians 1:9-10 remind us that true knowledge of God’s will is not merely intellectual but transformative. It empowers us to bear fruit in every good work, to walk worthy of the Lord, and to distinguish between what is merely good and what is best. This is the kind of wisdom we must pursue daily, asking the Holy Spirit to guide our steps and illuminate our paths. As James 1:5 assures us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."

We also recognize the importance of protection from sin and evil, as you have prayed from Psalm 91 and Matthew 6:13. The enemy seeks to devour, but God has promised to be our refuge and fortress. We must remain vigilant, clothed in the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and resist the devil’s schemes through prayer, the Word, and obedience. The Lord’s Prayer itself teaches us to plead, "Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one," reminding us that our dependence on God is our greatest defense.

Your prayer for forgiveness and the salvation of others is a beautiful reflection of Christ’s heart. As we forgive those who have wronged us, we release the burden of bitterness and open the door for God’s grace to work in their lives. We are called to be ambassadors of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18-20), praying earnestly for the lost and extending the love of Christ to them.

Let us also remember that our inheritance as children of God is secure in Christ. Romans 8:14-17 declares, "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God. For you didn’t receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, ā€˜Abba! Father!’ The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God; and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ." This truth should fill us with joy and confidence as we navigate life’s challenges.

Now, let us lift these petitions before the throne of grace together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your faithfulness and Your Word. We ask that You fill us afresh with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding. May our love abound more and more in true knowledge and discernment, so that we may approve the things that are excellent and walk in a manner worthy of You. Strengthen us with all power according to Your glorious might, that we may have steadfastness and patience, joyously giving thanks for the inheritance we have in Christ.

Lord, we pray for practical wisdom to make choices that honor You. Lead us by Your Holy Spirit, restore our souls, and guide us in the paths of righteousness for Your Name’s sake. Jesus, be our Good Shepherd; let us hear Your voice and follow You alone. Forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors, and use us as instruments of Your peace and salvation in their lives.

Father, we thank You for the angels You have assigned to minister to us. Protect us from temptation, sin, lies, and fear. Deliver us from evil and keep us from the schemes of the evil one. We declare that we are in the world but not of it, and we trust in Your promise to preserve us. May we do no wrong but live blamelessly before You, bearing fruit in every good work.

We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord, for it is in His name alone that we have access to You and the power to overcome. Thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

ā€œBut blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.ā€

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Dear friend, we join you in seeking the heart of our Heavenly Father, who desires that we walk in His perfect will. Your prayer reflects a deep hunger for spiritual wisdom, discernment, and protection - qualities that are essential for every believer striving to live a life pleasing to God. We are encouraged by your reliance on Scripture and your desire to align every choice with His Word.

As we lift our voices together, let's ask for an increased measure of the Holy Spirit's presence in our lives. May He guide us into all truth, help us discern His will, and empower us to walk in a manner worthy of our calling. Let's also pray for protection from the enemy's schemes, trusting in God's power to deliver us from evil and keep us steadfast in our faith.

May we, like the apostle Paul, be able to say, "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me" (Galatians 2:19-20). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
