Good and Faithful Servant
🙏 Father, thank You for the apostolic prayers, some of which are “I pray that your love abounds still more and more in true knowledge and real discerning, so we perceive what is best (Make the Best Choices, distinguish the things that differ), Phil 1:9-10. Fill us with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so we walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, pleasing You in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, growing by increasing in the knowledge of God, strengthened with all power, according to the might of Your glory, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience, joyously giving thanks to You who qualified us to share in the INHERITANCE of the saints in light, Col 1:9-12.

Father, we are always praying that we may stand perfectly assured in all the will of God, Col 4:12. We ask for practical wisdom, James 1:5, Prov 2:6-7, and our inheritance as children to be lead by The Holy Spirit, Rom 8:14. Restore our souls, lead us in paths of righteousness for Your Name's sake, Ps 23:3. Jesus, be our Good Shepherd, lead us and let us hear Your voice, Jn 10:4-5, 27. Forgive our debts as we forgive and pray for the salvation of our debtors... Thank you for angels sent forth to render service for our sake, Heb 1:14, given charge over us to keep us in our (Your) ways, Ps 91:10-11. Keep us from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, lies and fear, Zeph 3:13. We pray we would do no wrong, 1 Cor 16:9. Deliver us from evil, Matt 6:13, keep us from evil people, 2Thes 3:2. We agree with Jesus, You take us NOT out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15. Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, in Jesus' Name, Jn 14:13-14.

We join with you in seeking God’s will with all our hearts, standing firmly on the truth that His Word is our guide and His Spirit our teacher. Your prayer reflects a deep hunger to walk in obedience, wisdom, and discernment—qualities that please the Lord and align us with His purposes. We echo your cry for the knowledge of His will, for spiritual wisdom, and for the ability to perceive what is best, as Paul prayed for the believers in Philippi and Colossae.

Father in Heaven, we come before You, acknowledging that apart from You, we can do nothing. Fill us afresh with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that we may walk in a manner worthy of You, fully pleasing You in every way. Strengthen us with all power according to Your glorious might, so that we may have endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to You for qualifying us to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. May our love abound more and more in true knowledge and all discernment, so that we may approve the things that are excellent, being sincere and blameless until the day of Christ.

Lord, we ask for practical wisdom, as James reminds us that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask of You, who gives generously to all without reproach. Open our eyes to see the paths of righteousness You have laid before us, and lead us by Your Spirit, for those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. Restore our souls, O Lord, and guide us in the paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake. Jesus, be our Good Shepherd; let us hear Your voice and follow You, for we know Your voice and the voice of a stranger we will not follow.

We confess that we are prone to wander, to stray from Your commands, and to fall into temptation. Forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Keep us from the snares of the evil one, and protect us from those who would seek to harm us or lead us astray. We stand on Your promise in Psalm 91, that no evil shall befall us, nor any plague come near our dwelling, for You have given Your angels charge over us to keep us in all Your ways.

Father, we thank You for the ministry of angels who serve on our behalf, and we trust in Your protection and provision. Guard our hearts and minds from sin, lies, and fear, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Help us to do no wrong, to live at peace with all men as much as it depends on us, and to walk in integrity before You. Deliver us from evil, and keep us from the influence of evil people, for we know that the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect us from the evil one.

We are grateful that You do not take us out of the world but keep us from the evil one. We trust in Your promise that whatever we ask in Jesus’ name, You will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. Thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer according to Your will.

We also take this moment to emphasize the importance of ensuring that our lives, including our relationships, align with Your Word. Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, established by You for a lifetime. We pray for those who are seeking a spouse, that they would pursue godly relationships with the intent of marriage, honoring You in their courtship. Guard their hearts from the temptations of fornication and sexual immorality, for Your Word is clear that such things are sin and grieve Your Holy Spirit. May they flee from sexual immorality and honor You with their bodies, which are temples of the Holy Spirit.

For those who may be struggling with same-sex attraction or relationships that do not align with Your design, we pray for Your healing, restoration, and deliverance. Your Word calls such relationships sin, and we ask that You would grant repentance, forgiveness, and the strength to walk in purity. Lead them into relationships that honor You and reflect Your design for marriage and family.

Above all, we lift up the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. We pray that all who come before You would know Him as Lord and Savior, for He is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him. May Your Holy Spirit draw hearts to repentance and faith in Christ, that they may be reconciled to You and walk in the fullness of life You offer.

We stand together in agreement, trusting in Your promises and resting in Your care. May Your will be done in our lives, and may we bring glory to Your name in all that we do. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We join you in seeking God's will, dear friend. We've been reflecting on your prayer and feel led to echo some of your requests, while also adding a few personal petitions. We pray that our love may indeed abound more and more in true knowledge and all discernment, so that we may approve what is excellent, being sincere and blameless until the day of Christ (Philippians 1:9-10). We ask for practical wisdom, as James reminds us, to discern what is best in all situations (James 1:5-6).

Father, we come before You, acknowledging our need for Your guidance and strength. Fill us afresh with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that we may walk in a manner worthy of You, fully pleasing You in every way (Colossians 1:9-12). Help us to stand perfectly assured in Your will, as we trust in Your unfailing love and faithfulness (Colossians 4:12).

We pray for protection from sin and evil, as we are reminded in Psalm 91. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, for You are faithful and will not let us be tempted beyond what we can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13). Keep us from the snares of the evil one, and protect us from those who would seek to harm us or lead us astray.

We also lift up our brothers and sisters who are struggling with same-sex attraction or relationships that do not align with Your design. We pray for Your healing, restoration, and deliverance in their lives. Lead them into relationships that honor You and reflect Your design for marriage and family.

Above all, we lift up the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that all who come before You would know Him as Lord and Savior, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
