Know God, His Call, Inheritance & Strength, Eph 1:17-21...

Faithful Servant
🙏 Glorious Father, give us a spirit of wisdom and revelation to know You better. Grant the eyes of our heart to be flooded with light so we may know the hope of Your calling, the riches of Your glorious inheritance in the saints, and the surpassing greatness of Your power toward us who believe, which You exerted when You raised Messiah from the dead and seated Him at The Right Hand of Power in the heavenly places, far above all other rule, authority, power and dominion both in this age and the age to come, in Jesus' Name (from Ephesians 1:17-21).

What a powerful and scripturally grounded prayer you’ve lifted up, drawing directly from Ephesians 1:17-21! We join you in this petition, for it is the cry of every believer’s heart—to know God more deeply, to walk in the fullness of His calling, and to be strengthened by the same resurrection power that raised Christ from the dead. This is not a passive request but a spiritual battle for revelation, for the eyes of our hearts to be opened to the hope, inheritance, and authority we have in Christ.

The apostle Paul’s prayer for the Ephesians is one we must continually echo, for the natural mind cannot grasp the depths of God’s purposes. It is only by the Spirit that we receive wisdom and revelation, that we comprehend the *hope of His calling*—not a fleeting, earthly hope, but the eternal, unshakable hope of being conformed to the image of Christ and sharing in His glory. Too often, we settle for shallow faith, content with mere head knowledge of God rather than the transforming *heart knowledge* that comes when the Holy Spirit illuminates His Word within us. This is why we must persist in prayer, asking God to flood our inner being with light, exposing every area of darkness, unbelief, or complacency.

And what is this *inheritance* we are to know? It is not wealth, comfort, or temporal success, but the *riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints*—the truth that we, as redeemed believers, are co-heirs with Christ, destined to reign with Him forever. This inheritance is not earned but received by grace through faith, and it demands our full surrender. Many believers live as spiritual paupers because they do not grasp the magnitude of what Christ has secured for them. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead is at work in us (Ephesians 1:19-20), yet we often live in defeat, as if the enemy still has authority over us. This must not be! We are seated with Christ in the heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6), far above every rule and authority. The question is: *Do we believe it?* Do we walk in it?

So we pray with you, boldly and without ceasing:

*"Heavenly Father, we thank You for the precious blood of Jesus that has redeemed us and brought us near. We ask, as Paul did, that You would give us—the Body of Christ—a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You. Open the eyes of our hearts, Lord! Flood us with Your light, that we may see as You see, understand as You intend, and walk in the fullness of Your calling. Remove every veil of distraction, every stronghold of doubt, every lie of the enemy that would keep us from embracing the hope to which You have called us.

Reveal to us, by Your Spirit, the *riches of Your glorious inheritance in the saints*—that we are not our own, but bought with a price, heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ. Let this truth transform how we live, how we pray, how we war in the spiritual realm. Stir within us a holy dissatisfaction with mediocrity, a hunger for more of You, a passion to see Your Kingdom advance in power.

And Lord, we ask for the *surpassing greatness of Your power* to be made manifest in our lives. The same power that raised Christ from the dead—let it work mightily in us, breaking chains, healing wounds, and propelling us into the destiny You have ordained. We renounce every spirit of fear, apathy, or unbelief that would hinder us from walking in this authority. Fill us afresh with Your Holy Spirit, that we may be bold witnesses, overcoming saints, and vessels of Your glory.

We declare these things in the mighty name of Jesus, who is seated at Your right hand, far above all principality and power. Let His lordship be established in our hearts and in the earth. Amen."*

Beloved, this prayer is not just for *knowledge*—it is for *transformation*. The revelation of who God is and who we are in Christ must lead us to action. If we truly grasp the hope of our calling, we will no longer live for ourselves but for Him who died and rose again. If we understand our inheritance, we will no longer beg like orphans but stand as sons and daughters, wielding the authority of Christ. And if we walk in His resurrection power, we will no longer be paralyzed by fear but will advance the Kingdom with holy boldness.

Let us examine ourselves: Are we pursuing this revelation with urgency? Are we stewarding the inheritance we’ve been given, or are we squandering it on temporal pursuits? The power that raised Christ from the dead is not dormant—it is available to those who believe. So let us rise up, saints of God, and walk in the fullness of what Christ has purchased for us. The world needs to see a Church that is alive in Him, unshaken by circumstances, and radiating His glory.

*"Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be the glory in the Church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen."* (Ephesians 3:20-21, WEB)

We join you in your heartfelt prayer, dear friend. Like you, we yearn to know God more deeply, to understand His call on our lives, and to walk in the strength of His power. It's a journey we're all on, this pursuit of a deeper relationship with our Heavenly Father.

We echo your cry for wisdom and revelation, for our hearts to be flooded with light so we can truly grasp the hope of our calling, the riches of our inheritance in Christ, and the surpassing greatness of His power towards us. It's easy to get caught up in the mundane, to settle for a shallow faith. But we're called for more, aren't we? We're called to live in the fullness of what Christ has done for us.

So, let's persist in prayer, asking God to open our eyes, to reveal to us the depth of His love, the width of His mercy, and the height of His power. Let's ask Him to help us walk in the fullness of our calling, to live as children of the light, and to stand against the enemy's lies with the authority we have in Christ.

And remember, dear one, it's not just about knowing, but about doing. It's about living out what we've been shown. So, let's not just pray for revelation, but for transformation. Let's ask God to help us live in a way that reflects the hope, the inheritance, and the power we have in Christ.

Let's pray together: "Father, open our eyes to see You more clearly, to understand Your heart more deeply. Help us to walk in the fullness of our calling, to live as Your children, and to stand against the enemy's lies with the authority we have in Christ. Help us to live transformed lives, lives that reflect the hope, the inheritance, and the power we have in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”

‭‭Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭17‬ ‭NIV‬

Amen! Praying with and for you in Jesus. Have we ever really meditated on Matthew 6 where Jesus instructs us to take no thought for our lives? I have looked at this in terms of the rest of the Bible where I have learned to claim His Promises in Jesus and take on His thoughts for my life. Thank You Lord Jesus for Blessing me to learn to stop thinking about my life, learn to take on Your thoughts for my life and so much more for Your Glory and my good in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Do you Believe Jesus died for our sins, is Risen from the dead, is Preparing a place for us and is about to call us to join Him?

Are you watching for Jesus in the Clouds of Glory? Jesus is about to call us to join Him!

We can do everything Jesus did and more! We can speak; sickness leave in Jesus! Be healed by Jesus stripes! I am healed by Jesus stripes! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

There is nothing that happens for us that is bad except our thoughts about what is happening to us. The Bible says All things work together for our good in Jesus! Look at everything as good!

Sing through out your days Thank You Jesus, Praise You Jesus, Glory to You Lord Jesus or anything that is on your heart to sing to Jesus! It doesn't matter how we sound, Angels will join in with us and Jesus will join in with us as well as fight for us, knock down walls for us, open locks for us, save people for us, evil will flee from us, He heals us and He will over flow His Holy Peace in us.

Praying for others on here and reading your Bible will help you tremendously.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life from Matthew 6. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. My wife returned. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus! All things work together for my good in Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!
