🙌 Father, we thank You that Your Word does not return void, but like the rain and snow come down from heaven to water the earth and make it vivacious, so is the Word effective in fulfilling the purposes You have ordained for it to accomplish, Isa 55:10-11. Thank You the seed is the Word of God, and that seeds have been planted, Mark 4:14, Mark 4:26, Mark 4:27, Mark 4:28, Mark 4:29. From You and through You and back to You be all glory, Rom 11:36. Please continue working on this wife's heart by bringing fresh truth, restraining evil and carrying any work You've begun on to completion until the day of Christ, Phil 1:6.

🧎🏽‍♂️CONTINUE to bring others into her path to water seeds, speak truth and show the kindness of God, Rom 2:4, and across the paths of all who have heard the word from all time, especially the last several months, especially for our patriarchal and matriarchal figures, progeny and posterity. Since the steps of the righteous are ordered by You, Ps 37:23, as evidenced by the evangelist and the foreign official reading Isaiah 53 in Acts 8:26-31, the believer in Acts 9:10-11 who was told to go find the future Apostle to the Gentiles, and the Apostles directed to go help a certain man, Acts 16:6-10. You, being perfect AND patient, not willing any perish but rather that all come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9, and desire all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, even using prayer to that ends, 1 Tim 2:1-4.

🙌 Thanksgiving for our prayers that You are actively using, as "The Word of God is Living and Active and Sharper than any Two-edged Sword, Piercing as far as division of Soul and Spirit, and Judging the Thoughts and Intents of The Heart," Heb 4:12. "My Father is Always Working Even Until Now, And I Myself am Working," Jesus, John 5:17...

🙌 Thank You we and they ARE currently hearing Your Word by The Holy Spirit, John 16:8, we believe before honor comes humility, Prov 18:12, You are humbling those who need to be humbled, Dan 4:37 that they come to their senses, Dan 4:34, 2 Tim 2:26, as the prodigal in Luke 15:17, and Hosea's wife in Hos 2:6-7, and we are experiencing Your Protection as YOU Keep us, them, progeny, folks, ministry partners, fellow servants of Christ and stewards of The Mysteries of The Word of God, 1 Cor 4:1-2, and us ALL from evil, deception, lies, temptation, sin, evil people and the evil one by receiving the love of the truth that we may be saved, 2 Thes 2:9-10. Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, thank You for being a rewarder of diligent seeking, Heb 11:6, and that fervent prayers of those made righteous by faith avail much and prevail, James 5:16. Thank You for all this and more, great and mighty things, Jer 33:3, beyond all we can ask of imagine, Eph 3:20, in Jesus’ Name, John 14:13-14, The Amen, Faithful Witness, Originator of God's Creation, Rev 3:14, in Him are all the Promises Inherited, Yes and Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join with you in prayer for your wife and for the work of God in her heart, and we thank God for your faithfulness to stand in the gap for your marriage, for we know that marriage is a holy covenant before the Lord between a man and a woman, and He desires to guard and restore it for His glory.

We are encouraged by your understanding that it is the kindness of God that leads to repentance as it is written in Romans 2:4, and that our part is to plant and to water, but God gives the increase as it is written in 1 Corinthians 3:6-7. We do not save, we do not convict, we do not change a heart, for salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne and to the Lamb as seen in Revelation 7:10, and it is the Holy Spirit who convicts the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment according to John 16:8. Your confidence is well placed, for His Word will not return void but will accomplish that which He pleases and prosper in the thing He sent it to do according to Isaiah 55:11.

We love that you have claimed the promise that He who began a good work in you and in her will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ according to Philippians 1:6, and that the steps of a man are established by the Lord according to Psalm 37:23. Just as He ordered the steps of Philip to the Ethiopian in Acts 8:26-31 and directed Ananias to Saul in Acts 9:10-11 and guided Paul through a vision into Macedonia in Acts 16:6-10, we trust Him to order the steps of others to cross your wife's path to water the seed which is the Word of God according to Mark 4:14.

We pray together now.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we thank You that You are always working even until now according to John 5:17, and that Your Word is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart according to Hebrews 4:12. We thank You that before honor comes humility according to Proverbs 18:12, and we ask You to gently humble this dear wife as You humbled Nebuchadnezzar until he lifted his eyes to heaven and his understanding returned according to Daniel 4:34 and Daniel 4:37, that she may come to her senses and escape the snare of the devil according to 2 Timothy 2:26, as the prodigal came to himself in the far country according to Luke 15:17, and as You hedged in Gomer to draw her back according to Hosea 2:6-7. Lead her to godly sorrow that works repentance to salvation according to 2 Corinthians 7:10. Restrain evil, restrain deception and lies, and cause her to receive the love of the truth that she may be saved according to 2 Thessalonians 2:10. Keep her and keep this husband, their progeny and posterity, and all who have heard the Word, from the evil one.

Lord, we ask that You continue to bring faithful laborers to plant and to water, and that You Yourself would give the growth, and that all glory would go not to us but to Your name according to Psalm 115:1, for from You and through You and to You are all things according to Romans 11:36. Make this husband a patient, kind, and loving reflection of Christ who loved the church and gave Himself for her according to Ephesians 5:25, showing the same kindness that You have shown us, never condoning sin but always speaking the truth in love.

We thank You that You are patient, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance according to 2 Peter 3:9, and that You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth according to 1 Timothy 2:4. We ask in faith believing that we have received according to Mark 11:24, and we thank You in advance that You reward those who diligently seek You according to Hebrews 11:6, and that the insistent prayer of the righteous is powerfully effective according to James 5:16. Do great and mighty things which we do not know according to Jeremiah 33:3, beyond all that we ask or think according to Ephesians 3:20. We ask all this in the name of Jesus, who is the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of God's creation according to Revelation 3:14, for whatever we ask in His name He will do according to John 14:13-14, and all the promises of God find their Yes in Him according to 2 Corinthians 1:20. Amen.

We hear how deeply you love your wife and how steadfastly you are bringing her before the Lord. Your thankfulness even while you wait is a beautiful testimony of trust, and we want to stand with you in it.

What you described about planting and watering while God brings the growth is such a grounded way to keep going. Your part is faithfulness in love, prayer, and speaking truth when God opens the door, and His part is the work in the heart that only He can do. That can feel slow, especially when you long to see change, but it also frees you from carrying what is not yours to carry. You do not have to make the growth happen.

One thing that may help in this season is to keep your prayers simple and sustainable, and to let a few trusted others know how to pray with you so you are not carrying this alone. Continuing to show the steady kindness you mentioned often speaks louder than any argument.

Father, we thank You for Your patience and kindness toward us all. We ask You to keep working in this wife's heart, to guard this family from evil and confusion, and to give her husband wisdom, peace and strength as he loves her well. Complete the good work You have begun and draw each of them closer to Yourself. In Jesus' name, amen.

Praying in agreement according to all scriptural promises quoted Lord draw your wife to true repentance (John 6:44), follow Jesus all the days of her life in Jesus Name Amen.

It is good that you have brought this burden to the throne of grace in the language of Scripture itself, for you have prayed according to the revealed will of God. You have understood rightly that the Word does not return void, but as the rain comes down from heaven to water the earth, so the Word accomplishes that which the Lord pleases. The seed is the Word of God, and yours is to plant and to water, but God alone gives the increase, as it is written, one plants, another waters, but God gives the growth. To Him be all glory, for of Him and through Him and to Him are all things.

You ask that the kindness of God may lead to repentance, and therein you pray most wisely. Remember that there is a repentance that is of the flesh, a carnal sorrow that does not give God glory, and there is a repentance unto life which is wrought in the renewed heart by the Holy Spirit. True repentance gives God glory. It confesses that salvation belongs to our God who sits upon the throne and unto the Lamb, and it looks out of self to Christ and to Christ only. Such repentance is not a preparation for grace, it is the first fruit of grace already at work within the soul. It is the gift of God, preached in the name of Jesus, and where it is found we may be assured the hand of the Lord has been upon the soul for good. Do not look for a perfect measure of sorrow before you believe, for the least repentance, if it be sincere, will save the soul when it leads the sinner to cast himself upon Christ. And repentance lives as long as faith lives, it is not a thing done once and forgotten, but sweet sister repentance remains charming company to the believer all his days.

You do well to plead that the Holy Spirit will do His own office and convict of sin and of righteousness and of judgment, and that the Lord who humbled Nebuchadnezzar till he came to his senses, and who brought the prodigal to himself when he came to himself in the far country, and who hedged about Hosea's wife that she might return, will in His perfect patience humble and restore. For our God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance, and He desires all to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. He orders the steps of the righteous, as He ordered Philip to the chariot of the Ethiopian reading Isaiah, and Ananias to Saul, and Paul to Macedonia. He can bring others across her path to water the seed that has been sown, to speak truth and to show kindness, and to restrain evil.

Therefore continue in fervent prayer, for the fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much, and you are made righteous by faith in Christ alone. There is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved, and there is no other way of salvation but to look unto Him and be saved, all the ends of the earth. It is a free salvation, without money and without price, secured by the finished work of Jesus upon Calvary's tree. Cast the whole matter of your wife, your household, your progeny and posterity, and all who have heard the Word, upon Him in unquestioning confidence. He who has begun a good work will be faithful to perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.

We join you in thanking Him in advance that His Word is living and active, sharper than any two edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and spirit and judging the thoughts and intents of the heart, and that the Father is always working, and the Son is working. May He restore the joy of His salvation where it has been lost, and uphold with His free Spirit, and keep you all from evil and from the evil one, as you receive the love of the truth. Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but to Your name give glory. May all that is asked be answered according to that which is beyond all we can ask or think, in the name of Jesus, the Amen, the faithful Witness, in whom all the promises are Yes and Amen.
