Beloved Warrior
🙌 Father, we thank You that Your Word does not return void, Isa 55:10, and that seeds have been planted, Mark 4:14, Mark 4:26, Mark 4:27, Mark 4:28, Mark 4:29. From You and through You and back to You be all glory, Rom 11:36. Please continue working on this "still current wife's heart" by bringing fresh truth, restraining evil and carrying any work You've begun on to completion until the day of Christ, Phil 1:6. Continue to bring others into her path to water seeds, speak truth and show the kindness of God, Rom 2:4, and across the paths of all who have heard the word from all time, especially the last several months, especially for our patriarchal and matriarchal figures, progeny and posterity. Since the steps of the righteous are ordered by You, Ps 37:23, as evidenced by the evangelist and the foreign official reading Isaiah 53 in Acts 8:26-31, the believer in Acts 9:10-11 who was told to go find the future Apostle to the Gentiles, and the Apostles directed to go help a certain man, Acts 16:6-10. You, being perfect AND patient, not willing any perish but rather that all come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9, and desire all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, even using prayer to that ends, 1 Tim 2:1-4.

🙌 Thanksgiving for our prayers that You are actively using, as "The Word of God is Living and Active and Sharper than any Two-edged Sword, Piercing as far as division of Soul and Spirit, and Judging the Thoughts and Intents of The Heart," Heb 4:12. "My Father is Always Working Even Until Now, And I Myself am Working," Jesus, John 5:17...

🙌 Thank You we and they ARE currently hearing Your Word by The Holy Spirit, John 16:8, we believe before honor comes humility, Prov 18:12, You are humbling those who need to be humbled, Dan 4:37 that they come to their senses, Dan 4:34, 2 Tim 2:26, as the prodigal in Luke 15:17, and Hosea's wife in Hos 2:6-7, and we are experiencing Your Protection as YOU Keep us, them, progeny, folks, ministry partners, fellow servants of Christ and stewards of The Mysteries of The Word of God, 1 Cor 4:1-2, and us ALL from evil, deception, lies, temptation, sin, evil people and the evil one by receiving the love of the truth that we may be saved, 2 Thes 2:9-10. Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, thank You for being a rewarder of diligent seeking, Heb 11:6, and that fervent prayers of those made righteous by faith avail much and prevail, James 5:16. Thank You for all this and more, great and mighty things, Jer 33:3, beyond all we can ask of imagine, Eph 3:20, in Jesus’ Name, John 14:13-14, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We lift this heartfelt prayer to our Heavenly Father, acknowledging the deep concern for this wife’s heart and the spiritual well-being of all involved. Your prayer reflects a beautiful trust in God’s sovereignty, His timing, and His power to bring repentance and restoration through the work of the Holy Spirit. We join with you in declaring that God’s Word does not return void (Isaiah 55:11), and we stand on the truth that He who began a good work in any of us will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).

Father, we thank You for the kindness You have shown to this wife and to all who have heard Your Word. As Romans 2:4 reminds us, it is Your kindness that leads to repentance. We pray that You would continue to pour out Your mercy and grace, softening hearts and opening eyes to the truth of the Gospel. Lord, we ask that You would restrain evil, protect from deception, and guard against the schemes of the enemy. May Your Holy Spirit convict of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), leading to a humility that seeks You above all else.

We also lift up the patriarchal and matriarchal figures, progeny, and posterity mentioned in this prayer. Father, order their steps according to Your will (Psalm 37:23), just as You directed the evangelist to the Ethiopian eunuch (Acts 8:26-31) and guided Ananias to Saul (Acts 9:10-11). May they walk in the paths You have prepared for them, and may Your truth take root in their lives.

Lord, we rebuke any hardness of heart or resistance to Your Spirit. We declare that no one is beyond Your reach, for You are patient, not wanting anyone to perish but everyone to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We pray for a spirit of humility, as seen in Nebuchadnezzar when he acknowledged Your sovereignty (Daniel 4:34-37), and for a turning away from sin, as the prodigal son came to his senses (Luke 15:17). May this wife and all who hear Your Word be restored to a right relationship with You, experiencing the fullness of Your love and grace.

We also thank You for the power of prayer and the privilege of interceding on behalf of others. Your Word is living and active (Hebrews 4:12), and we trust that You are working even now to bring about Your purposes. We ask that You would continue to bring godly influences into their lives, those who will water the seeds planted and speak truth in love (1 Corinthians 3:6-7). May Your protection surround them, shielding them from the evil one and guiding them into all truth.

Father, we are grateful for Your faithfulness and for the assurance that You hear and answer our prayers. We trust in Your promise that whatever we ask in Jesus’ name, You will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son (John 14:13-14). May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be praised in all things.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We sit with you in the quiet hope you’ve put into words, thanking God for every seed He has already planted, and for the ones you have so faithfully watered along the way. That is no small labor, and we can sense the depth of your love for your wife and the longing that her heart be fully drawn home.

Sometimes we find ourselves straining to see the growth, as though we need a daily report from the soil. But the Spirit’s work is often gentle and gradual, more like the unfolding of a morning than a sudden lightning bolt. Even when we cannot trace the exact moment the direction begins to change, the One who began a good work really does carry it forward, in His timing and in His way. Your part is to keep trusting, keep loving, and keep your own heart soft and prayerful.

In the meantime, don’t let the waiting drain your hope or make you second‑guess what God is doing. True turning is seldom a single emotional event; it takes shape in small, quiet choices over time. So hold fast to what you already see, the conversations, the seeds, the people you believe are crossing her path, and resist the urge to measure everything by today’s visible evidence. You are not responsible to produce the harvest, only to stay faithful as the one who plants and prays.

Father, thank You that You are patient and kind, and that Your kindness truly leads us toward repentance. Please keep working in this wife’s heart, dismantle every lie in its own time, and surround her with reminders of Your steady love. Give this husband the grace to wait with confidence, not anxiety, and to love her with the same patience You pour out on each of us. We ask in Jesus’ name.

Let the soul take firm hold of this truth, that it is the kindness of God which leads to repentance. Yet beware of that repentance which is only a surface work, a mere painting of the sepulcher while within lies corruption. The truly repentant one hates sin as sin and turns from it with purpose of heart. There is always sorrow with it, a sorrow that does not need to be repented of. I would have you consider whether this prayer is not crying out for that very thing, a repentance of the godly sort, worked in the heart by the Holy Spirit, not a repentance born merely of fear or consequence, but one that sees sin in the light of Christ's wounds and weeps.

The prodigal did not see his father first, but his father saw him. The eyes of mercy are quicker than the eyes of repentance. This is your comfort as you intercede, that while the heart you pray for remains distant, the Father already beholds it with longing. And when true repentance comes, it will not be a bare confession, a mere, "I have sinned," wrung out by distress, but a turning of the whole being. It will be a hatred of sin more intense after knowing pardon than ever it was under conviction. Sin forgiven breaks the heart more effectually than sin punished. So pray on, yet expect that the answer will come not by a mere humbling under the rod, but by a vision of the love that took the rod upon Himself.

Do not separate faith and repentance as if one could exist without the other. The repentance that ejects sin as an evil tenant, and the faith which admits Christ to be the sole master of the heart, these are the twins of salvation. There are those who mistake repentance for a qualification they must produce before they may believe. That is not the gospel order. Repentance is not a garment to clothe you for Christ, but a stripping that you may be clothed by Him. You have cited much Scripture, and rightly so, for the Word is the instrument. The Holy Spirit will take of the things of Christ and show them to the heart, and as the sinner learns how terribly Christ suffered because of sin, that truth will be the means of leading to a hatred of sin.

Remember that even in the house of God, there is need of a continuing repentance. The believer falls, and then weeps over lost opportunities, over hindered progress, over the poisoned streams that flow from one secret sin to affect others. I know not the details of this "still current ###'s heart," but let it not be supposed that the mere passage of time or the hearing of truth will effect the change. There must be a present, personal transaction with the Crucified One. The sacrifice God accepts is a broken and a contrite heart, not a heart that merely acknowledges its state, but one that is shattered by it. And this breaking comes not by looking inward to the depths of one's own corruption, but by looking outward to the depths of Christ's love. The Church is His bride; His love to her is the model of what a husband's love should be, a love of complacency and sympathy, a love that gives Himself. So, point that soul not merely to its sin, but to the Spouse who gave Himself for it.

Cast off all mistaken notions that repentance must be perfect or fully developed before it can be called saving. The truest repentance is that of a man who has just entered heaven, yet the faintest hatred of sin, if it be wrought by the Spirit, is true. Pray, then, that the kindness of God may yet conquer, that the sweet kisses of the Father's welcome may be felt before the footstep of return is fully taken. And let me add this caution for yourself: take heed that in all your intercession, you do not fall into a spirit of self-righteousness or impatience. Wait on the Lord, for He is not slack concerning His promise. He is working even now, as you have said, and the same grace that was sufficient for a Manasseh, whose sins were as scarlet, is sufficient for this case. Only let us be very marked in our own acknowledgment of sin in private, for it is the humbled intercessor who prevails.

Where sin abounded, grace does much more abound. But never turn it into an excuse for delay, for this case of long waiting, with all its hope of mercy, is still a sad one. Christ has loved, and loved to the uttermost. Let that love be the cord that draws the wanderer home. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You do well to weave together the holy Scriptures, for they are the cords that draw down mercy from heaven. The kindness of God indeed leads to repentance, and you have rightly remembered that He is not willing that any should perish. But take care, for while we must pray fervently for others, the salvation of that soul depends also on her own response to the love she has received. The medicine of repentance must be applied by the patient herself. God opens the heart, as He did for Lydia, but He does not force it. The tears and prayers of the righteous avail much, yet the one who is called must herself cry out from within, even without words. Think of Hannah, whose voice was not heard by men but was heard by God, because her heart cried aloud.

Do not, therefore, grow weary in interceding, yet do not imagine that your prayers alone are sufficient without her own awakening. Persist in showing forth the kindness of God, so that she may see His goodness and be drawn to godly sorrow, for that sorrow works repentance unto salvation and leaves no regret. It is a grief that comes from love, not from the world’s pain, and it brings life. And after prayer, add almsgiving and acts of mercy, for these are the herbs that strengthen the cure. Water quenches fire, and alms cover a multitude of sins.

Remember too that there is one sacrifice for sins forever; Christ’s work is finished, and there remains no other cross. So do not seek some new sign, but trust in the power of that one offering to cleanse every stain through genuine repentance. Let your own humility and thanksgiving be a living sermon, for no one is beyond the reach of His grace. Even I, the preacher, have need of your prayers, yet I also must be watchful. Guard your heart against the pride that says, “I have no need,” and continue to plead with confidence, for the steps of the righteous are indeed ordered by the Lord, and His word will not return void. Be steadfast, and let your hope rest not in the strength of your prayers but in the lovingkindness of God, who desires all to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Your prayer is soaked in Scripture, and it reflects a heart anchored in God’s promises. You’re trusting that the seeds of the Word planted in your wife’s heart will not return empty. That’s a right place to stand, because the kindness of God is indeed what leads a person to repentance. Sometimes we long to see the full harvest now, but growth is often unseen, underground, and in God’s timing. He is the one who gives the increase.

The sorrow you long to see in her is not just a temporary regret or a worldly sadness that changes nothing. Godly sorrow produces a repentance that leaves no regrets, a real turning, a change of direction. That’s what the Holy Spirit does when He convicts. He doesn’t just make someone feel bad; He draws them to a point where they come to their senses, like the prodigal son, and head home. Keep praying that her heart encounters that kind of sorrow that leads to life, not the kind that hardens into death.

The night can feel very long when you’re waiting for someone you love to wake up. But our salvation, and hers, is nearer now than when she first heard the truth. Don’t let the darkness convince you that nothing is happening. Jesus is always working, and He is the author of eternal salvation. He learned obedience through suffering, and He knows how to reach the stubborn heart. What looks like a refusal to return may yet be broken by His persistent grace.

While you wait, be careful not to add to the gospel. Each person must work out their own salvation with fear and trembling, and that doesn’t mean working for it. It means letting the reality of Christ’s lordship work its way through every part of life. Your wife doesn’t need a list of extra convictions or an external rulebook; she needs a life-changing encounter with Jesus Himself. That’s where true salvation lies, not in religious heritage, not in right opinions about God, but in a vital, personal trust in Christ.

Remember that if a person falls, the natural thing is to get up. If they stray, the natural thing is to return. When you see the opposite, a perpetual backsliding that refuses to turn, know that it’s not natural; it’s a heart holding fast to deceit. But the God who humbled a proud king until he lifted his eyes to heaven is able to humble and restore your wife. He can hedge up her path with thorns so that she realizes her true need.

In the meantime, rejoice in the God of your salvation, even when you can’t see the way forward. He has resources you know nothing about. Your prayers are not wasted words; they are the very means He uses to bring about what He desires, that none perish but all come to repentance. So keep asking, keep trusting, and rest in the fact that the day of salvation is still called “today.” While there is breath, there is hope.
