Kindly pray for my job permotion

We join with you in prayer for your job promotion and we bring your requests before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name.
We understand your desire for your supervisor to be happy with you and to appreciate your work, and for any obstacle in the heart and mind of her mother to be removed. We know how much it means to be recognized for diligent work and to have favor with those in authority over us.
We are reminded in scripture that promotion and exaltation do not ultimately come from people but from God. For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another. Psalm 75:6-7. And we are called to commit our work to Him. Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established. Proverbs 16:3. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men. Colossians 3:23. We pray that you would continue to work with excellence, integrity and humility as unto the Lord, trusting that He sees your labor and will open the right doors in His perfect timing.
We also notice that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to gently share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is because Jesus died for our sins and rose again that we can come boldly to the throne of grace. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, believing in Him for forgiveness and eternal life.

We ask that you would grant wisdom, skill and diligence in every task, and that the work of their hands would bring glory to you. If it is your will, we ask you to grant favor with their supervisor and with all those in authority, and to let their good work be seen and appreciated. We also bring before you the mother you mentioned. You know the obstacles and concerns that may be in her mind and heart. We ask you to soften hearts, grant understanding, remove any misunderstanding or hindrance that is not of you, and bring peace where there is tension. Above all we pray that your will would be done in this job situation and in these relationships, for we know that every good gift and every perfect gift is from above. James 1:17. Give peace, patience and trust while waiting on your timing, and help our friend to rest in your goodness and provision. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Your petition has been laid before the Lord and we have carried it to the throne of grace on your behalf.
We pray that the God who orders all things according to His wise and holy providence will look upon your labour. Promotion comes neither from the east nor from the west, but God is the judge who lifts up one and casts down another. May He grant you favour in the eyes of those set over you, and may your diligence and faithfulness be seen and rightly valued. If it be for your good and for His glory, may He open the door that no man can shut and establish the work of your hands. And if He withholds for a season, may He give you grace to say with patient Job, who in all his trial sinned not nor charged God foolishly, but fell down and worshipped.
We also entreat the Lord for that dear one whose happiness and approval you desire, that the Lord would give contentment of heart and a spirit of kindness, that your work may be appreciated and your service received with thankfulness. And concerning the obstacle of which you speak in a mother's mind, we pray that the Lord who turns the heart whithersoever He wills would remove all hardness or misunderstanding, and bring peace where there has been uneasiness. As it is written, the Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends, so we learn to pray for others even while we ourselves wait, and to approach our Father in childlike confidence even when He seems to try us.
May you be kept from unbelieving speeches and from charging God foolishly, and may you find that He is flying on the wings of the wind to display His favour toward you when you seek Him. Abhor all that is evil in yourself, repent in dust and ashes before Him, and rest your eye of faith upon Christ your Redeemer. He knows how to make your glory fresh again and to renew your strength like the bow in the hand of the mighty man.
We commend you to His tender care, that whether He grants or denies according to His infinite wisdom, you may be upheld by Divine support and find hope shining as a star that never sets.
