I pray Lord and watch over my daughter and my son the only guy in some protection and let them make your choices in life don't have to be one bad influences holding hand every step of the way listen to well in school. Please Lord help my daughter stop being rebellious better change the way she dresses and dresses more girly whatever is bugging her any resentment any anger bitterness or hurt please remove from her Lord let my sons behavior get better as well that has special needs. Let my kids because the blood of Jesus and the holy Spirit let him go out to be good no more happy healthy kids/ adults and at the know the Lord is always with them in Jesus name I pray amen

We join you in lifting up your precious daughter and son before the throne of grace and we thank you for your faithful heart as a parent who wants to see your children walk in the ways of the Lord and be protected from harm.

We hear your cry for protection over them, that they would be kept from bad influences and that the Lord would hold their hands every step of the way, and for your daughter to be delivered from rebellion and bitterness and for your son who has special needs to see improvement in his behavior and for both of them to be covered by the blood of Jesus and filled with the Holy Spirit to grow into healthy and happy children and adults who know the Lord is always with them.

The Word reminds us that children are a gift from God and we are called to diligently point them to Him. Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Ephesians 6:1 and again Children, obey your parents in all things, for this pleases the Lord. Colossians 3:20. And to parents it says Fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. Ephesians 6:4 and also Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6. These verses encourage us that our consistent prayer, loving discipline and godly example, coupled with teaching them the Word daily, bears fruit in due season. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up. Deuteronomy 6:7.

We also pray for your daughter's heart as you mentioned resentment, anger, bitterness or hurt and her manner of dress. Scripture says Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:31-32. We pray the Lord heals any wound in her heart that is producing rebellion and that she would find her identity and beauty in Christ. We affirm your desire for her to embrace her God given femininity and to dress in a modest and girly way that honors the Lord, for we are fearfully and wonderfully made in His image. In the same way, that women also adorn themselves in decent clothing, with modesty and propriety. 1 Timothy 2:9. We pray she will desire to reflect inward godliness and outward modesty as she grows into the young woman God created her to be.

For your son we thank God for his life and we ask for extra grace, patience and wisdom for you as you nurture him. We know the Lord sees him, loves him and has a purpose for him. Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. Psalm 127:3. We pray for his behavior to improve and for peace in his mind and body and for you to have strength and discernment to meet his unique needs with love.

We also lift up your request for protection from bad influences and that they would make God's choices in life and listen well in school. We claim the promise All your children shall be taught of Yahweh, and great shall be the peace of your children. Isaiah 54:13 and Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. Psalm 121:7-8.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and we thank You for this parent's love for their children. We cover this daughter and this son with the blood of Jesus and we ask You to fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Place Your hand of protection around them and keep them from evil and from bad influences. Lead them to make choices that please You and give them hearts that desire to obey You and to honor their parent. Lord touch this daughter, remove any resentment, anger, bitterness or hurt that has taken root and heal her heart with Your love and forgiveness. Soften any rebellion and draw her close to You, and guide her to adorn herself in a way that is modest, feminine and glorifying to You. Lord touch this son, calm his spirit, help his behavior to improve and grant him growth and peace. Give this parent wisdom, patience, strength and encouragement every day as they train these children in Your ways. Let both children grow up happy, healthy and strong in faith, knowing without a doubt that You are always with them. We cast all our cares on You because You care for us. 1 Peter 5:7. We trust You to complete the good work You have begun in this family. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We hear how deeply you love your daughter and son and how much you want them covered and guided by the Lord. Wanting them to be protected from bad influences, to do well in school, and to grow into healthy adults who know God is with them is a beautiful burden to bring to Him.

Parenting two children with such different needs can feel like you are pulled in two directions. What we have seen help is staying both warm and steady, keeping love close while holding clear, calm expectations, and remembering that behavior often signals something deeper going on inside.

One small step that may help is carving out brief, regular one on one time with each child, just to listen without fixing. With your daughter, asking gently what feels heavy or hurtful and listening well can open more doors than comments about clothes. With your son, staying closely connected to his teachers and support team alongside prayer gives you allies and helps you notice what is working. If his behaviors feel overwhelming, keep his care providers in the loop as you pray for wisdom.

We are with you in this and we are grateful you brought them to Jesus.

Father, we lift this mom and her daughter and son to You in Jesus name. Cover them with Your protection, calm what is troubled in their hearts, heal any hurt or anger, and give this parent wisdom and strength for each day. Help both children feel Your nearness and grow in health and grace. Amen.

Your earnest prayer for your daughter and your son has been brought before the Lord with thankfulness, and we join you in lifting these precious children to the throne of grace.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases, but how much more should we care for the soul, for the broken heart and the wounded spirit. The Scripture declares that He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing, and those healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before.

You have asked that whatever resentment, anger, bitterness or hurt may be troubling your daughter would be removed, and that her rebellious spirit would be softened. This is a right and loving prayer. Outward matters such as dress reflect the inward heart, and no mere change of apparel can make the heart new. What is needed is that the Sun of Righteousness should rise upon her with healing in His wings. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He first said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, for pardon and healing are joined together in Him. Pray that she may hear the Word of God with a willing ear, for faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. Many dear children have been gathered to Christ while hearing the gospel in the home and in the Sunday school. Ask the Lord to give her a new heart that loves what is pure and modest and gentle, and to take away the sting of past hurts by His own forgiving grace.

For your son, whom the Lord has entrusted to you with special needs, we also pray. The Lord knows his frame and his struggles, and He is tender toward those who need greater care. The malady of our nature is inward and needs change of self rather than change of place, and Christ takes us by the hand and lifts us up. There is healing in the doctrine of His incarnation, in His touch, in His blood. Pray that your son may know that the Lord is always with him, that he may be kept from bad influences and taught to walk in good paths, and that his behavior and learning may be helped by patient instruction and by the gracious work of the Holy Spirit upon his young heart.

You have asked that both children would be protected, that they would make wise choices, that they would be kept from evil companions who would hold their hands at every step, and that they would listen well and learn in school. This is a prayer after the mind of God, who would have children obey their parents in the Lord and grow in wisdom. Continue to scatter the healing leaves before them. Let the Word of Christ dwell in your home, teach them diligently, pray with them, and set before them the way of life. The Lord waits to be gracious, and He often gathers the children of praying parents as a hen gathers her chickens under her wings.

We will pray with you now.

O Lord our God, look in mercy upon this family. Cover these children with the blood of Jesus Christ, which alone can cleanse from sin, and fill them with Thy Holy Spirit. Remove from the daughter all bitterness and anger and hurt, forgive her sins and give her a meek and quiet spirit which is precious in Thy sight. Grant to the son grace and help according to his need, calm his spirit, strengthen his mind, and cause him to grow in favor with God and man. Keep them both from evil influences and evil ways, guard them going out and coming in, make them happy and healthy and holy, and cause them to know that Thou art always with them. Bless the parent who prays, give wisdom and patience and steadfast hope, and let this household be saved by hearing and believing Thy gospel. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is salvation. Amen.

We join you in bringing your daughter and son before the Lord and we thank you for sharing this burden with us.

We pray with you for the Lord's protection over them both, that He would keep them from bad influences and guide them to make wise choices. We ask that He would give them attentive hearts in school, a willingness to listen and learn, and that He would watch over them when you cannot hold their hand at every step, for He is always present with them.

We also pray with you for your daughter. We hear your concern for her heart and for the way she is expressing herself, including in how she dresses. Scripture teaches that true beauty and ornament is first of all the ornament of the soul, a life shining with modesty and good works, and that children often form their manners according to the nurture and example they see at home. We pray that whatever resentment, anger, bitterness or hurt is weighing on her would be lifted. The apostle urges us to put away all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and railing with all malice, and to be kind and tenderhearted, forgiving as God in Christ forgave us. We ask the Lord to remove what is bitter in her heart and to replace it with His peace, and to help you as her parent to be a steady pattern of that same grace and modesty, teaching her not only by words but by a life that points to Christ.

We pray too for your son, and we thank God for his life. We ask the Lord to give him growth in behavior and understanding, to give you and those who teach and care for him patience, wisdom and strength, and to help him experience the love of Christ in ways he can receive it. God sees and values him deeply, and there is no respect of persons with God, but He looks upon each heart with love and calls each one to know Him.

Above all we agree with you that both of your children would be covered by the blood of Jesus and led by the Holy Spirit, that they would grow to be healthy and whole, and that they would come to know the Lord Jesus Christ personally and walk with Him all their days. As one mother’s faith was seen when she pleaded for her daughter and Christ answered, Great is thy faith, be it unto thee even as thou wilt, so we trust that your faithful prayers for your children are heard.

Father, in the name of Jesus we ask You to keep this daughter and this son, to guard their steps, to soften and heal what is hurt, to teach them to love what is good, and to draw them to Yourself that they may know You are always with them. Give their parent wisdom, peace and encouragement as they continue to nurture them in Your Word and prayer. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, through whom alone we have salvation and access to Your grace. Amen.
