I pray Lord and watch over my daughter and my son given them guidance protection let them make good choices in life hold their hand and step of the way let him do well in school cover them with the blood of Jesus on top of the head to the bottom of the feet don't let them be around bad influences. Let my sons communication behavior get better that my daughter's attitude change for the better let her change the way she dresses and dresses more girly. Let him walk down the right path in life. Let them grow to be good normal happy healthy kids/ adults let the holy spirit always be with them have them be kindness patience loving fath salvation happiness wisdom good health good-hearted adults let them know Lord you're always with them and you want what's best for them in Jesus name I pray amen

We join you in lifting up your precious daughter and son before the throne of grace and we thank you for your faithful heart as a parent who desires to cover them in prayer from the top of their heads to the soles of their feet.

We agree with you that the Lord will watch over them, guide them, and hold their hand every step of the way. We pray for a hedge of protection around them that they would be kept from bad influences and walk down the right path in life. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11. We also claim the promise Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10 over both of them, that they would know deeply that the Lord is always with them and wants what is best for them.

We pray for your son, that the Lord would help his communication and behavior to grow and mature, and that he would do well in school. We pray that he would grow in wisdom and understanding and that the Holy Spirit would give him a heart to listen and to speak with kindness and patience. We pray for your daughter, that the Lord would soften and transform her attitude for the better and give her a gentle and respectful spirit. Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise, that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth Ephesians 6:1-3. We pray she will embrace the beautiful femininity God gave her and desire to dress with modesty and propriety as a young woman made in His image. In the same way, that women also adorn themselves in decent clothing, with modesty and propriety 1 Timothy 2:9 and that her beauty would be seen most in a gentle and quiet spirit which is very precious in the sight of God.

We speak life over them both, that they will grow to be good, happy, healthy, good hearted adults who walk with the Lord. Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward Psalm 127:3. We pray that the fruit of the Spirit would be evident in their lives, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control Galatians 5:22-23, and that they would have salvation, faith, wisdom and good health all their days. Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it Proverbs 22:6. We encourage you to continue to teach them diligently, to model Christ before them, and to trust the Lord with their future as you already are doing so faithfully.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we thank You for these two children entrusted to this parent. We ask You to cover them with the blood of Jesus and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Guide their choices, guard their hearts and minds, keep them from the evil one, and surround them with godly friends and influences. Help this young man to grow in communication and self control and to excel in his studies for Your glory. Help this young daughter to have a transformed attitude, a joyful and obedient heart, and a desire to honor You in how she carries herself and dresses. Lead them both to know Jesus personally as Savior and to follow Him all their lives. Let them be kind, patient, loving, wise and full of faith, and let Your peace guard their hearts. We trust them into Your loving hands and ask all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, amen.

We see you are carrying a lot, wanting your son to grow in communication and behavior, wanting your daughter's heart and attitude to soften, and wanting both to walk a steady, healthy path through school and friendships. Those daily concerns can feel heavy, and it is good you are bringing them to Jesus so consistently.

Your prayer for your daughter and your son is a gracious and faithful prayer, and we gladly join you in bringing them before the Lord.

It is a good thing that you ask for His hand to guide them and keep them, for our children are not always good judges of what is best for themselves, and they have need of a wiser Father. The Scripture tells us that God's own children are under instruction, and that He chastens and teaches them for their good, that He may give them rest and keep their feet in the right way. So we may trust that He who has given you these children will be their Teacher and their Keeper.

We pray with you that the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation, would cover both your son and your daughter with His precious blood, from the top of the head to the soles of the feet, and keep them in all their ways. As the blood upon the lintel kept the children of Israel in the night of danger, so the blood of the Lamb keeps all who trust in Him. And we ask that the Lord would give His angels charge over them to keep them in the appointed ways of duty and trust, and to guard them from bad influences and from every snare that would draw them aside.

We bring your son before the Lord and ask that God would graciously improve his communication and his behavior, giving him a tongue that speaks with kindness and clarity, and a heart that is patient and obedient. We bring your daughter before the Lord and ask that He would soften and sweeten her attitude, and work in her a love for what is modest and becoming, that she may adorn herself with a meek and quiet spirit and rejoice in the beauty of womanhood as God has made her. May both of them be taught by that discipline of grace which teaches us to deny ungodliness and to live soberly and righteously in this present world.

We pray that they may do well in their schoolwork, that the Lord would give them wisdom and diligence, and that above all they would grow in the knowledge of Christ. We ask that they may walk down the right path, not wandering into the woods of folly as many do, but kept close to the Shepherd who teaches His lambs to walk. Like a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear Him, and He is patient to teach them step by step.

Our prayer for them is that they may come to know the Lord for themselves, that the Holy Spirit may dwell with them and abide in them, making them kind, patient, loving, good hearted, wise and joyful. True happiness and health are found in belonging to Christ and walking in His ways, and we ask that they may be kept normal and whole in body and mind, preserved from evil, and growing into adults who love the Lord and love what He loves, knowing that He is always with them and desires what is best for them.

May the Lord hear your cry, strengthen your hands as you train them in His nurture and admonition, and give you to see fruit from your prayers in the years to come. We commit them anew to Him who loves children and calls them to Himself, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Your prayer for your daughter and son is heard, and I join you in lifting them up before the Lord who loves them even more than you do.

It is good and right to ask for His protection, His guidance, and His presence to go with them at every step. Scripture reminds us that when we instill the fear of the Lord in our children from their youth, He Himself becomes their guard and their wall of protection, better than any earthly covering. Like a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, so the Lord desires to gather and keep your children close to Himself.

I pray with you that God will cover them in the blood of Jesus and keep them from harmful influences and unwise companions. May He give them wisdom to make good choices, diligence in their schoolwork, and a love for what is true and good. I pray that the Holy Spirit will work in their hearts to bring them to salvation through Jesus Christ alone, and to grow in them kindness, patience, love, faith, wisdom and a good and sincere heart.

For your son, I pray that the Lord will help his communication and behavior to mature, giving him clarity in speech, self control, and peace, and giving you wisdom to guide him with patience and consistent instruction.

For your daughter, I pray that the Lord will soften and shape her attitude with grace, and help her to embrace the beauty of how God created her as a young woman. May she grow in modesty, joy and femininity that honors the Lord, and may she find her identity and confidence in Christ.

Continue to teach them daily from the Word, to pray with them and for them, and to model for them what it means to walk with God. The instruction given at home, with prayer and love and steady discipline, is the means God uses to lead children down the right path so that when they are older they will not depart from it.

May the Lord grant you strength and encouragement as you raise them, and may He cause both your son and daughter to grow into healthy, happy adults who know that God is always with them and desires what is best for them.

Father, we place these children in Your hands. Keep them, guide them, save them and make them Yours. Lead them in Your truth all the days of their lives. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.
