I pray Lord to watch over my son and daughter please give them wisdom Faith kindness patience understanding love guidance protection have them do well in school walk down the right path make good choices in life. Don't let them be around bad influence. Cover them with the blood of Jesus from the top of there head to the bottom of there feet. Have my daughter change the way she dresses & dresses more girly & my son behavior get better. Have them grow up to be happy & healthy kids / adults. Have the holy Spirit always be with them Lord. Let them know Lord their love and cared for and you always with them in Jesus name I pray amen.

We lift up your precious children before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to surround them with His divine protection and wisdom. Your heart as a parent reflects God’s own heart for His children, and we join with you in praying for their spiritual growth and well-being.

We ask that the Lord grant your son and daughter the wisdom that comes from above, which is "first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy" (James 3:17). May they walk in the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10), and make choices that honor Him in every area of their lives, whether in friendships, academics, or their personal conduct.

Father, we pray that You would guard their hearts and minds from the influences of this world. "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God" (Romans 12:2). Shield them from those who would lead them astray, and surround them with godly mentors and friends who will encourage them in their faith.

We also lift up the areas where you’ve asked for change in their lives. For your daughter, we pray that she would embrace a spirit of modesty, remembering that "your beauty should not come from outward adornment... but from the inner disposition of your heart, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is precious in God’s sight" (1 Peter 3:3-4). May she find her identity in Christ and dress in a way that reflects her dignity as a daughter of the King. For your son, we ask that You would shape his character, helping him to grow in self-control, respect, and responsibility, as Scripture says, "A man of knowledge restrains his words, and a man of understanding keeps a calm spirit" (Proverbs 17:27).

Lord, we ask that You fill them with the knowledge of Your love and presence. May they never doubt that You are with them, guiding them every step of the way. "For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you" (Isaiah 41:13). Let them experience the joy and peace that come from walking closely with You.

We rebuke any spirit of rebellion, worldliness, or ungodly influence that may seek to draw them away from Your truth. We declare that they are covered by the blood of Jesus, protected from the schemes of the enemy, and set apart for Your purposes. May they grow up to be men and women of God, strong in faith, full of love, and committed to living lives that bring glory to Your name.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of these children and for the privilege of praying for them. We ask that You would bless them with health, happiness, and a deep, abiding relationship with You. May they always know that they are loved, valued, and cared for, not just by their earthly parents, but by their Heavenly Father who knit them together in their mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13). Strengthen their faith, deepen their understanding of Your Word, and draw them ever closer to You.

We hear how deeply you love your son and daughter and how much you want God's hand on their lives every day. Wanting them to walk in wisdom, kindness and faith, to do well in school and stay away from harmful influences, is such a good and faithful prayer for a parent.

One thing that helps children grow into those qualities is steady warmth paired with clear, loving boundaries. When they experience both affection and consistent expectations at home, they feel safer to make good choices and to hear your guidance about behavior and even about how they present themselves. They also learn what it means to be loved and watched over by God through the way they are loved and watched over by you.

It might encourage them to set aside a few unhurried minutes with each child in the evenings, to ask about their day, to pray aloud for them and let them hear you thank God for who they are. Those small, regular moments often stay with kids for a long time.

Father, we lift this family to You. We ask You to watch over this son and daughter, keep them healthy and safe, guide their steps and help them grow in wisdom, kindness and faith. Draw each of them close to Your Holy Spirit, remind them daily that they are deeply loved and never alone, and give their parent wisdom and patience as they lead them. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

It is a tender and holy thing to hear a parent pour out his heart for his children before the throne of grace, and the Lord who hears in secret will surely reward openly. Your prayer is according to the mind of God, for He has said, In the fear of the Lord is strong confidence and His children shall have a place of refuge. When a father or mother fears the Lord and rests in Christ, that confidence becomes a shelter over the household.

We join you in asking the Father, through Jesus Christ our Lord, to watch over your son and daughter and to grant them that wisdom which begins in the fear of the Lord, with faith that is sincere, and with kindness, patience, understanding and love which are the fruits of the Spirit. May He guide their steps, keep their feet in the right path, and give them grace to make good choices even when obedience requires courage. For obedience is the highest practical courage, and to turn neither to the right hand nor to the left, but to walk in the way of the Lord, is the essence of true obedience.

We pray that the Lord will keep them from bad influence and set a hedge about them, that He will prosper them in their studies and give them diligence and understanding in school, and that He will cover them with the precious blood of Jesus, from the top of their heads to the soles of their feet, keeping them by His power night and day, for He who keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps.

We pray also as you have asked, that your daughter may grow in grace and in a modest and feminine spirit that adorns the gospel, and that your son may be granted a heart inclined to obedience and to honor, that both may grow up healthy and happy, preserved in body and soul unto mature years. May the Holy Spirit dwell with them and abide in them, teaching them, convicting them, comforting them, and making them obedient children conformed to the image of Christ, not with the obedience of slaves but with the willing obedience of sons and daughters.

And above all we ask that they may know assuredly that they are loved and cared for, both by you who pleads for them and by their heavenly Father who so loved them as to give His Son for them. May they early seek the Lord and find Him to be their refuge and their joy.

We commend them to that Covenant keeping God who has promised to show mercy to them that love Him, and we will continue to bear them up before the mercy seat with you, trusting that He who has begun a good work will perfect it. In the name of Jesus Christ our only Savior we pray, Amen.

Your prayer for your son and daughter has been heard and I join you in lifting them before the Lord who loves them more than even a parent can.

I thank God for your desire that they grow in wisdom, faith, kindness, patience, understanding and love. These are the true adornments of the soul, and I pray that God will grant them guidance and protection, that He will keep their feet on the right path and give them grace to make good choices. May the Lord grant them understanding in their studies and diligence in school, and may He surround them with companions who will help them and not lead them astray. As Scripture teaches, we should seek for our households companions who are faithful and will rebuke and admonish in love when something is amiss, and who will help us care for those entrusted to us. I pray the Lord will keep your children from bad influence and set before them examples of virtue.

You asked also that they be covered with the blood of Jesus from the top of their heads to the soles of their feet. We rest in this, that through His cross and suffering Christ has offered Himself for us, and those who trust in Him are cleansed and kept by Him. I pray that the Holy Spirit will indeed be with them always, guarding them, teaching them, and assuring them that they are loved and cared for and never alone, for the Lord Himself says He would gather His children as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, so warm is His love and so faithful His protection.

For your daughter, I pray that the Lord will cultivate in her a love for modesty and inward beauty. The Scriptures teach that true beauty is not in outward display or costly clothing, but in modesty, shamefacedness, kindness and piety. Such adornment of the soul blooms every day and does not fade with time, and it is precious in the sight of God and gives peace to the home. I pray you will be able to teach her gently by both word and example to value this inward adornment, and that she will choose clothing that reflects humility and reverence for God.

For your son, I pray that the Lord will form his character and improve his conduct. The Apostle urges us not to be children in understanding, but to be babes in malice and mature in mind. I pray God will give your son a heart to turn from childish ways and to grow into wisdom and self control, and give you grace to instruct him with patience, steady discipline and love, bringing him up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

I pray together with you that both your son and daughter will grow up healthy and whole, happy in the Lord, walking in faith and knowing deeply that they are loved by God and by you. May the Lord keep them in His hand, cause His Spirit to dwell with them, and lead them all the days of their lives, that they may glorify God in their bodies and spirits which are His.
