I need prayer for Lauren tonite as she asked me if I think she is maybe not an alcoholic. She is having reservations about not ever being able to drink again. I pray that she relizes that she is an alcoholic and addict and can't even just have one drink. Please dear Jesus reifirm this in her that she has to let go of those feelings, let go and let God. Thank you Praise Jesus. Amen

Father, please send reinforcement into Lauren's mind. Help her to realize that she cannot remain sober if she reverts to old habits. Help her to understand that there is no middle ground - if she drinks, she will begin to backslide and become lost in the struggle again. Give her all of the strength of mind and spirit that You can muster, Dear Father. Keep her on the path of renewal that You have laid out before her. Amen.

Set straight the mind of Lauren. Let her know her condition - that she can not drink alcohol in moderation, that she can not have just one drink, that she must not allow the poison of alchol touch her lips. Father, if Lauren has a sponsor in AA, lead her to discuss this with her sponsor, because the sponsor can probably explain Lauren's delusion to her. Father, Lauren has come too far to lose her sobriety. Please keep her sober, Lord. Put up obstacles and walls to prevent Lauren from taking a drink. Lord, have mercy on Lauren.
