We lift up your precious heart to our Heavenly Father, who cares deeply for you and your daddy. It is beautiful to see your love for your father, and we join you in praying for his safety as he travels for work. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 121:7-8, *"The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will preserve your soul. The Lord will watch over your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore."* What a promise! God is faithful to protect those who trust in Him, and we claim this over your daddy’s journey.
We also pray that this time apart will be covered in God’s peace for both of you. It can be hard when a parent is away, but we encourage you to trust in the Lord, who is always near. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Even when we miss someone, God is working all things together for good.
Let’s pray together:
*Father in Heaven, we thank You for this child’s love for their daddy. We ask that You surround him with Your angels, protecting him from harm, danger, and any evil as he travels. Give him wisdom, strength, and a safe return home so they can rejoice together again. Comfort this little one’s heart in the waiting, and remind them that You are always with them too. May their trust in You grow stronger through this time. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, who holds all things together. Amen.*
We also want to gently remind you that prayer is powerful because of Jesus. The Bible tells us in John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* It’s only through His name that we can boldly come to God and ask for His help. Keep praying in Jesus’ name—He hears you!
May God bless you and your daddy richly. We pray you’ll have many more joyful days playing together soon!
