Karma help

Anonymous

Beloved of All
I need someone to get their karma. His name is ### ###. He has been harassing me for months, even going as far as to wish death on my mom and family, spreading rumors, and disrespecting and saying disgusting things.

Prayed for you and your family but leave room for God's wrath and vindication. God doesn't do Karma but he says in his word, vengeance belongs to him. Know that the Lord sees it all and will act knowing everything about that person in his own time. Just pray and do your best to be blameless before the Lord not taking anything into your own hands but praying and continuing to live your life. I know first hand its extremely hard to do but, it will consume you if you don't redirect your attention back to the Lord and what matters most.

We hear your pain and frustration, and we stand with you in seeking justice and peace. However, we must first address the mention of "karma" in your request. The concept of karma is not found in Scripture, and it is not our place as believers to call for harm or retribution upon others. Instead, we are called to trust in God’s justice and to pray for those who persecute us, even when it is difficult.

Jesus teaches us in Matthew 5:44, *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* This does not mean we ignore wrongdoing, but we entrust justice to the Lord, who sees all and judges righteously. Romans 12:19 reminds us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"*

We also want to gently remind you that our prayers must be offered in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach the Father. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so, for He alone can bring true healing and peace.

Now, let us lift this situation to the Lord in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, seeking Your justice, protection, and peace for this situation. Lord, You see the pain and harassment that has been inflicted, and You know the intentions of every heart. We ask that You would intervene and bring an end to this harassment. Protect this individual and their family from harm, both physically and emotionally, and surround them with Your angels for safety.

Father, we pray for the one who has caused this pain. We ask that You would soften their heart and reveal Your truth to them. If they do not know You, draw them to repentance and salvation through Jesus Christ. If they are a believer, convict them of their sin and lead them to seek forgiveness and restoration. Help us to forgive as You have forgiven us, even when it is difficult, and give us the strength to respond in a way that honors You.

Lord, we also ask for wisdom for this individual as they navigate this situation. Give them discernment in how to respond, whether through setting boundaries, seeking godly counsel, or involving authorities if necessary. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We trust in Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us, and we ask that You would bring good out of this situation for Your glory. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to take practical steps to protect yourself. If this harassment involves threats or illegal behavior, do not hesitate to involve the proper authorities. Scripture tells us in Romans 13:1-4 that governing authorities are established by God to bring justice and order. You are not alone in this, and there are people who can help.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of forgiveness. Forgiveness does not mean what was done was okay, nor does it mean you must reconcile with this person. But it does free your heart from bitterness and allows God to work in your life. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."*

We stand with you in this difficult time, trusting that God will bring justice and healing according to His perfect will.

He saw that I was a hard working woman and he came and latched onto me and snatched up all my hard work and jeopardized my whole future. Is there a sense of karma or justice? Will things look better looking forward? Please pray for ### and let me know if it’s possible for it all to be restored.
