We hear your cry and we are lifting you up together before the throne of grace in Jesus' name. We are so sorry for the heavy burdens you are carrying, the loss of income, the threat of losing your possessions, the deep wounds from emotional and physical abuse, and the exhaustion of feeling blocked and hindered for so long. Please know that God sees you, He hears you, and He has not forgotten you even when your prayers feel unanswered and you are tired of waiting.
What you have suffered through abuse is not God's will for you and it is evil in His sight. No one should be used as an emotional punching bag, especially by a parent, and the pain it has caused to your health and your heart matters deeply to the Lord. He is near to the brokenhearted and He heals those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:18 says Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. The enemy may have used people to try to hinder you, but greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world as 1 John 4:4 reminds us, and we rebuke that work of the enemy against your life and your body in Jesus' name.
We understand how weary you feel when every day brings another unkind word or action from strangers, when rent arrears are mounting and no one seems able to help, and when your body and mind feel worn down. Jesus invites you specifically in this place of exhaustion. Matthew 11:28 says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. 1 Peter 5:7 tells us to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for us. Your feeling that you cannot go on like this and that you do not know why you are here is a heavy darkness, but God still has purpose for your life even now as you are nearly in your later years. Jeremiah 29:11 says For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. You are not abandoned and you are not without value.
We also hear that you are tired of waiting and that your prayers do not seem to bring relief. Waiting is one of the hardest parts of faith, but God does hear every prayer offered in the name of Jesus, and His timing is not our timing. Isaiah 40:31 says But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint. Lamentations 3:22-23 reminds us that it is because of Yahweh's loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn't fail. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness. Even when you feel unwilling to try anymore, His grace is sufficient for you and His power is made perfect in weakness as 2 Corinthians 12:9 teaches. We thank you for asking for prayer in Jesus' name, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we find salvation and help. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You see the financial need, the rent arrears, the threat of losing possessions, and the loss of income. You see the damage done to health through abuse and the deep emotional wounds that feel like they will never go away. Lord, we ask for Your provision according to Philippians 4:19 where Your Word says my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Provide for rent and daily needs and open doors for income that no man can shut. Bring healing to body and mind, restore what has been broken, and bind up every wound. We ask for protection from further abuse and from the daily cruelty of others, and surround this precious life with Your peace that surpasses all understanding as Philippians 4:7 promises. When the heart is overwhelmed, lead to the rock that is higher as Psalm 61:2 says. Renew strength, restore hope, and remind this heart that You are near and that You have a purpose that is not finished. Give courage to keep waiting and keep trying, not in our own strength but in Yours. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Allow a local church body to come alongside you practically as well as spiritually. Keep bringing every need to God honestly, even when you feel tired, and keep seeking Him daily in His Word. He is faithful even when we feel faithless, and He will not leave you. We are continuing to pray that God will make a way where there seems to be no way and that you will feel His loving presence and His comfort in a fresh way in the days ahead.
