Dear God help me. I don't know who else to turn to. I am so tired God. I am afraid my depression, anorexia, anxiety and PTSD is going to take me out. I know it is a poor excuse but the sadness due to my broken destroyed shattered relationship is impacting me greatly. Please God restore my relationship with ###.
