Jehovah Tsidkenu - The Lord, our Righteousness, I thank You for every breath of life. There has never been a time when You have not been right in the wings of our lives, just waiting for us to reach out to You. I praise You for each person who has accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of their life, and for the forgiveness You blessed us with by the death of Your holy and perfect Son at Calvary, and his resurrection into glory. God, help us. Help us to be patient and joyful, to be thankful and merciful, to be steadfast and honorable. Our needs are many, our struggles great, but we know that You hold each of us close to Your very heart and will lead us through. Broken relationships, health concerns and sickness, temptation and sin, wavering faith, financial burdens, grief, feelings of inadequacy and failure, housing needs, employment, direction - we let so much weigh us down, dear God. Grant us the strength to break away from all the negative and evil things that ensnare us - help us claim victory over darkness with Your word of truth on our lips and in our hearts. You are sovereign, holy, faithful and kind. All praise, honor and glory to Your name, now and forevermore. Praying with thanksgiving and expectation in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
