I took a job that was offered to me around 2 years ago. The job turned out to be much different than I thought that it would be. It has been a drain on me for the past two years, and seems to suck the life right out of me. The environment that I am in has been very negative, stressful, and very long hours. A few months ago my wife and I found out that she was pregnant. If have always really struggled with how I would be able to do the job I am in now, and be a good father. I know that God has my job picked out for me and when the time is right that job will right. I just really need God to help me find a more positive atmosphere, and a job where I can focus on being a good father. I just pray that a new and better situation present itself.

Father, I know that You have received this petition into Your heart. Please hear and act upon this father's plea. I ask that You would place a better job opportunity in his life, and allow him to work in a company of character and integrity. May his workday be filled with joy, enthusiasm and accomplisment rather than dread. I ask for Your blessings upon this couple as they prepare for the new baby. Help them to be good parents with You at the center of their lives. I trust in Your faithfulness to bring this man through. In Jesus' name, thank You for Your care and blessing. Amen.
