We hear your concern about job security, and we stand with you in seeking God’s provision and peace in this area of your life. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Trusting in God’s faithfulness is the foundation of our security, not just in employment, but in every aspect of life.
We also recognize the importance of diligence and integrity in the workplace. Colossians 3:23-24 tells us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Let this truth guide your efforts as you honor God in your work.
Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, asking for Your hand of favor and protection over their employment. Lord, we pray that You would secure their position if it aligns with Your will, and if not, that You would open doors to new opportunities that bring glory to Your name. Give them peace that surpasses understanding, knowing that You hold their future. Strengthen their faith to trust in You, even when circumstances feel uncertain. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who provides for all our needs. Amen.
If fear or anxiety about this situation has been weighing on you, remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Lean on Him, cast your cares upon Him, and rest in the assurance that He is in control. If there are areas where you feel you may have fallen short in your work, seek wisdom and correction, but do not let shame or guilt overwhelm you. God’s grace is sufficient, and His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23).
Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word, for He is faithful to guide and sustain you. We will stand with you in this season, trusting that God will work all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
