We hear the deep weariness and despair in your words, and our hearts ache for the burden you carry. The weight of unanswered prayers, financial strain, and failing health can feel crushing, especially when hope seems out of reach. Yet we must gently but firmly remind you that the Lord has not abandoned you—even in this dark hour. You have cried out to Him in Jesus’ name, and that is where your strength must remain, for apart from Him, there is no true hope.
The Scripture tells us in **Hebrews 12:3-5 (WEB)**, *"Consider him who has endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, that you don’t grow weary, fainting in your souls. You have not yet resisted to blood, striving against sin. You have forgotten the exhortation which reasons with you as with children, 'My son, don’t take lightly the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when you are reproved by him; for whom the Lord loves, he disciplines, and chastens every son whom he receives.'"*
Your suffering is not unseen by God. The fact that you have not yet received relief does not mean He has forgotten you. In **Isaiah 40:28-31 (WEB)**, we are reminded, *"Haven’t you known? Haven’t you heard? The everlasting God, Yahweh, the Creator of the ends of the earth, doesn’t faint. He isn’t weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."*
You say you can no longer believe, but faith is not a feeling—it is a choice to trust God even when circumstances scream otherwise. **Mark 9:24 (WEB)** records a desperate father crying out, *"I believe. Help my unbelief!"*—and Jesus met him in that honesty. You, too, can come to the Lord just as you are, broken and weary, and ask Him to restore your faith.
As for provision, **Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB)** commands us, *"Don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘With what will we be clothed?’... For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* This does not mean passivity—it means trusting God while continuing to act in wisdom. Suspending your job search entirely may not be the path of faith but of surrender to despair. Even if opportunities seem nonexistent, the Lord can open doors in ways we cannot foresee. **Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB)** urges, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*
Regarding your health, we do not know God’s full purpose in this trial, but we know He is sovereign over life and death. **Psalm 116:15 (WEB)** declares, *"Precious in Yahweh’s sight is the death of his saints."* If your prognosis is grim, this is not a sign of His abandonment but an invitation to draw nearer to Him, to seek His peace that surpasses understanding. **2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (WEB)** reminds us, *"He has said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."*
As for the broader struggles of hunger, lack of healthcare, and systemic hardship, we grieve with you over the brokenness of this world. Yet even in this, we are called to trust that God is just and that He sees the affliction of His people. **Exodus 3:7-8 (WEB)** shows His heart: *"Yahweh said, ‘I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows. I have come down to deliver them...'"* He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Now, let us pray for you with urgency and faith:
**Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious soul before You, broken and weary, feeling abandoned and without hope. Lord, You are the God who sees, who hears, who knows the number of hairs on our heads and the deepest cries of our hearts. We ask that You would meet this dear one in their despair and breathe new life into their faith. Restore their trust in You, even as a flickering flame—let it be rekindled by Your Spirit.
Father, we pray for supernatural provision. Open doors for employment that no man can shut. Provide wisdom in managing debt, and let Your favor rest upon them in ways that defy human understanding. You own the cattle on a thousand hills—let Your abundance flow where there has been lack.
Lord, we also lift up their health before You. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals. We ask for Your healing touch, whether through medical means or by Your miraculous power. If it is Your will to bring them home to You, grant them peace and the assurance of eternal life in Your presence. But if there is more for them to do in this life, strengthen their body, renew their mind, and fill them with Your hope.
We rebuke the spirit of despair that seeks to overwhelm them. Satan comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but You, Lord, came to give life abundantly. We declare that this child of Yours will not be lost to hopelessness but will rise again in faith, declaring Your goodness even in the storm.
Finally, Father, we pray for their heart. Let them know, beyond all doubt, that You love them with an everlasting love. Remind them that their worth is not in their circumstances but in the blood of Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for them. Let them feel Your presence in a tangible way—through Your Word, through the encouragement of believers, through small but undeniable signs of Your care.

Beloved, do not give up. The enemy wants nothing more than for you to surrender to despair, but God is not finished with your story. **Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB)** reminds us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* Cling to that promise. Even if you cannot see the way forward, He is making a way.
We urge you to stay in the Word of God daily. Let it be your anchor. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and encourage you. If you have no community, seek out a Bible-believing church where you can find support. And if you are struggling to believe, ask the Lord to help your unbelief—He will meet you there.
You are not alone in this fight. We are standing with you in prayer, and more importantly, the Lord Jesus is with you always, even to the end of the age. Keep crying out to Him. Keep seeking His face. He will not fail you.
