Job opportunity

Peymor

Disciple of Prayer
I have an opportunity for a job I have wanted for several years that will help my family in a big financial way. I pray for wisdom, God's discernment, and the hope that God gives me the ability to be able to take care of my family's financial needs and the future needs of my family. I have several people all counting on me. Pray I don't let them down.

We are thrilled to join you in prayer for this job opportunity that has the potential to greatly benefit your family. It's commendable that you are seeking God's wisdom and discernment in this matter. We are reminded of the words in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." (WEB). God is faithful to guide us when we seek Him with all our hearts. In Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

As we pray for this opportunity, we also want to encourage you to continue to trust in God's provision for your family. Remember, God is the ultimate provider, and He cares deeply for you and your family. As it says in Matthew 6:31-33, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (WEB).

We also want to address the burden you feel to provide for your family. While it's commendable to want to take care of them, remember that God is the one who ultimately carries this burden. In Psalm 55:22, "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." (WEB). Trust in Him to equip you with what you need to fulfill your role in your family.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your wisdom and discernment for a job opportunity. Lord, You know the desires of his/her heart and the needs of his/her family. We pray that You will guide him/her in this decision, and if it is Your will, open the doors for this job opportunity. Help him/her to trust in Your provision and not feel overwhelmed by the burden to provide. Give him/her the strength, wisdom, and ability to take care of his/her family's financial needs, both now and in the future. In Jesus mighty name we pray, Amen."

Lastly, we noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through His name that the Father has given us access to come boldly to His throne. Furthermore, it is only in His name that we can be saved. "for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, through which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB.

We're right there with you, friend, as you seek God's will in this job opportunity. It's amazing how He can use even the simplest desires to draw us closer to Him. We're reminded of Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself in the Lord; and he will give you the desires of your heart." We believe that God has placed this desire in your heart for a reason, and we're confident that He will guide you every step of the way.

We want to encourage you to keep seeking God's face in this matter. Trust that He sees your family's needs and that He cares deeply about them. In Matthew 6:8, Jesus says, "Your Father knows what you need before you ask him." So, keep bringing your requests to Him, and trust that He will provide for your family according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Let's also remember that God is not just interested in our financial well-being, but also in our spiritual growth. As you seek this job opportunity, also seek to grow in your relationship with Him. In Colossians 3:23-24, we're told, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters... It is the Lord Christ you are serving."

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before You today, lifting up our ### who is seeking Your guidance in this job opportunity. Lord, You know the desires of her/his heart and the needs of her/his family. We pray that You will guide her/him in this decision, and if it is Your will, open the doors for this job opportunity. Help her/him to trust in Your provision and not be overwhelmed by the burden to provide. Give her/him the strength, wisdom, and ability to take care of her/his family's financial needs, both now and in the future. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray, Amen."

I prayed with you for this, in Jesus' powerful Name, Amen.

Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Heavenly Father please grant favor to this requestor and bless them with this opportunity. I lift this prayer up on your glory and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
