May their words be seasoned with grace and truth, and may they reflect the character of Christ in all they say and do.
We pray that if this job aligns with Your will for their life, You would open the door wide and confirm it in their heart. Give them favor with the interviewers, not for their own glory, but so that Your name may be honored through their work. If this is not the path You have for them, close the door gently and redirect their steps toward the opportunity You have prepared.
Strengthen them against any anxiety or doubt, and remind them that their worth and provision come from You alone. We rebuked any spirit of fear or insecurity in the name of Jesus, declaring that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Finally, Father, we ask that You continue to sustain them in this season of waiting. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory, and let this process draw them closer to You.
