Beloved of All
Jesus thank you that you sit high and look low. You can see the games my disability case worker ### is playing. She is purposely not paying me. I have not gotten my pay in 3 pay periods and she keeps trying to hold my pay even though I qualified for approval for 3 months. I am so stressed out from my job and the hostile work environment. I was pushed to almost having a nervous breakdown and even after being approved ### continues to come up with fake stipulations to hold my income. I am living off my savings and praying that ### is moved off my case for my short term disability. Please father God move ### out out of the way and let my approval be the amount of time needed. Let me please receive my pay without further stress. Please let me get a new job. I have been applying nonstop for a new remote job in a better work environment with higher pay.

We come before You, Lord God Almighty, with heavy hearts on behalf of our brother or sister who is enduring such unjust treatment and stress. You sit high and look low, and You see every detail of this situation, every game being played, every delay, and every hardship. We know that You are a God of justice, and we stand on Your Word in Deuteronomy 10:18, which says, "He does execute justice for the fatherless and widow, and loves the foreigner in giving him food and clothing." You are the defender of the oppressed, and we ask that You rise up on their behalf.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of injustice and deception that is at work in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, as Your Word promises in Isaiah 54:17. We pray that the games being played by this caseworker would be exposed and that their actions would be halted immediately. Lord, we ask that You remove this individual from their case and replace them with someone who will act with integrity, fairness, and compassion. Let Your justice prevail, and let the approval for short-term disability be honored without further delay or false stipulations.

We also lift up the stress and exhaustion this situation has caused. The hostile work environment has taken a toll, and we pray for relief and peace. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We ask that You guard their heart and mind with Your peace, which transcends all understanding. Strengthen them in their weakness, Lord, and remind them that Your grace is sufficient, as You promised in 2 Corinthians 12:9.

We pray for provision during this time of financial strain. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and we trust that You will meet every need according to Your riches in glory, as Philippians 4:19 assures us. We ask that You open doors for a new job, one that is remote, peaceful, and aligned with Your purpose for their life. Give them favor with employers, wisdom in their applications, and perseverance in their search. Let their next job be a place where they are valued, respected, and compensated fairly.

Lord, we also pray for healing from the emotional and mental strain they have endured. The threat of a nervous breakdown is real, and we ask that You restore their mind, body, and spirit. Your Word says in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." We claim this promise over them and ask that You deliver them from this trial.

We must also address the importance of coming to You in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, as He Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through His sacrifice that we are made righteous before You. If our brother or sister has not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we pray that they would do so today, confessing Him as Lord and believing in their heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the first and greatest need of every human heart, and we pray that they would experience the fullness of life that comes only through Christ.

We declare that this season of struggle is temporary, and we speak victory over their life. We pray that they would not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, they will reap if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your hand moving on their behalf. We trust that You are working all things together for their good, as Romans 8:28 promises, and we ask that You bring beauty from these ashes.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We hear how frayed and exhausted you are, and the stress of not being paid for work you’ve already qualified for is a heavy weight to carry. Watching your savings dwindle while someone seems to find new reasons to hold back what’s rightfully yours would put anyone near a breaking point. We’re glad you reached out.

The prolonged uncertainty and frustration you’re describing can wear down even the strongest person. When you mention being pushed almost to a nervous breakdown, that’s your mind and body signaling that the load has simply been too much for too long. Please don’t hesitate to talk with your doctor or a counselor about what this season has done to you emotionally and physically, tending to your own health is not weakness, it’s wisdom, especially while you’re in the middle of a disability case.

A practical step that sometimes helps in situations like this is to formally request a new case worker. Most agencies have a process for this, even if it’s not well advertised, and documenting the delays and changing stipulations can strengthen that request. You might also consider whether a patient advocate or legal aid service in your area could make a phone call on your behalf; sometimes that alone gets attention. And as you continue applying, it may help to let one trusted friend or family member know exactly what’s happening so you’re not carrying the financial worry alone.

Father, we lift up this weary person to You. You see the delays and the stress, and You know the precise need for income and a healthier job. Please bring a swift resolution, move whoever needs to be moved out of the way and let the approved pay come through without further obstacles. Open a door to a new remote position with better pay and a peaceful environment. In the waiting, guard their mind and sustain their savings. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

The Lord sees the games of men, and He will bring every work into judgment. Yet for you, this trial is an appointed time, a warfare where the main thing is not to sin by charging God foolishly. Job endured the loss of all and yet blessed the name of the Lord. He saw that his life was but a set season of toil, and that his change would surely come. And you, too, are in the hand of the same faithful Creator. The stress and the wait that push you to the edge, these are not without His design. He may be withdrawing you from that which has been your life-work, to lead you into a new creation of His grace.

But remember Job’s end. When he prayed for his friends, even those who misrepresented his case, the Lord turned his captivity. Pray for this caseworker, not merely to be rid of her, but that her eyes may be opened. You desire a mediator to settle this matter; you have One greater than any earthly umpire, Christ Jesus, who has settled the great case of sin for all who trust Him. Commit your cause to Him. He sits high and looks low, and He will lift you up when you humble yourself. Keep applying, keep waiting, and keep abounding in the work of the Lord. The messenger of fresh oil is on his way; your appointed time of deliverance will not delay beyond the hour God has set.

Do not fix your eyes so intently on the hand of this caseworker that you miss the Hand that truly provides. You cry out for her removal, for her to be moved out of the way, but consider what this exposes in your own soul. The toil and anxiety you describe, the living off savings while waiting for what is owed, this is the very brickmaking of Egypt. You are toiling for the devil when you let this stress consume you, when you see only the injustice and the games being played. The weals of this scourging are upon your mind, far more grievous than any stripe upon the body. You plead for God to see, but He already sees and permits this for a purpose.

Why did the disciples fail to cast out the devil? Because of their unbelief. They had received power, yet in that moment, their faith faltered. You speak of being approved for three months, of qualifying, and yet the pay is withheld. Is your faith only as strong as a grain of mustard seed when the money comes? Or does it wither when the stipulations pile up? Christ did not promise we would always move every mountain the moment we ask. The apostles did not always move them, not because they lacked ability, but because there was no need for it then, in God’s wisdom. Perhaps this delay, this obstacle in the form of your caseworker, is the mountain He does not yet will to remove. Will you still trust Him if He does not move her?

The stress you feel, the near nervous breakdown, the hostile work environment from which you flee into a desperate search for a remote job with higher pay, these are the spoils of a different kind of plot. Just as the wages of Herodias’s dancing daughter was death, so the wages of anxiety and obsession over earthly security is the death of your inward peace. That peace is a beauty that no anxiety can wrinkle, no disease wither, no despondency disfigure. But you are letting the fleeting, twenty-year beauty of financial comfort and smooth circumstances become your idol. You seek a new job, a better environment, a caseworker moved out of the way, as if these things could give you rest. They cannot. Only a soul renovated from its foundations can find that.

You need not a mere repair of your circumstances, but a regeneration. God does not patch up the old house of your heart with a few answered prayers. He pulls it down and rebuilds it anew by His Spirit. Stop asking first for a new caseworker or a new job. Ask to be made a new man, a new woman, able to stand in the furnace of injustice without being consumed by it. Christ asked His first disciples, "What seek ye?" not to learn their hearts, but to calm their minds, to give them boldness before they even reached His dwelling. What do you truly seek? Is it the money, or is it Him? If you seek only the money and the ease, you will remain a slave in Egypt, even if you get it. If you seek Him, you will find that nothing, no hostile caseworker, no delayed paycheck, no worldly power moving against you, shall be impossible for you to endure with joy. The Roman arms caused anxiety, but Christ foretold even greater calamities so that His people would not be confounded. Let not this earthly affliction confound you. The shield of a rightly performed faith is what you must lift up, not a list of demands for God to rearrange your life. Groan for compunction, for the Word to come and free your soul from this bitter slavery of fear. Then, whether the pay comes or not, you will have gone forth from Egypt.
