Beloved Servant
🐑 Shepherd Your Sheep, Jn 21:16 -- Lord Jesus, thank You that not only do Your Sheep hear Your voice, You lead them out, and we don't listen to others, John 10:3-4, but only head Your voice and follow You, John 10:27, but that You care for us, Ps 23:3 Isa 40:11, Ezek 34:15, Rev 7:17. Take care of us, defend us, comfort and feed us on knowledge, Give Your angels charge over us and our fellow believers in spiritual battles, Ps 91:10-11, Heb 1:14. Strengthen our brothers and sisters, even shepherd the entire flock of God among us, 1 Pet 5:2, help us be on guard for ourselves and the flock of God among us from evil and warped wolves, Acts 20:28-29, by studying, obeying and teaching obedience to all Jesus commanded, Matt 28:20. Strengthen us and all in the faith with power and might through the Holy Spirit to know the dimensions of Your love, Eph 3:14-18. Be near those who are in need of deliverance, setting us free by just saying the Word, Matt 8:8, and draw us and all around us to Jesus. Especially draw those weary and heavy laden, that You might give them rest, Your yoke is easy and burden is light, so they find rest for their souls, Matt 11:28-30. Work everything out for the furtherance of the gospel, Phil 1:12.

🧎🏻Grant relief to the persecuted church like You did when the evil king began by laying hands on some who belonged to the church in order to mistreat them, had a prominent Apostle put to death with the sword like in Acts 12:1-2, and give us testimonies like we have of another's freedom from prison in Acts 12:3-17 and the Apostle and his coworker in Acts 16:27-32. Hebrews 10:34. Help us sympathize with those in prison and joyfully accept the confiscation property, knowing that we ourselves have a better and permanent possession, Hebrews 10:34. Call and grant boldness give them visits, as Jesus said in Matthew 25:36, 'I was naked and you clothed Me, I was sick and you looked after Me, I was in prison and you visited Me.’

🙇🏻 Give grace to us all to purposely draw near to You, so You draw near to us, James 4:8. You are the vine, we are the branches; the one who remains in You, and You in them bears much fruit 🍇 for apart from You we can do nothing, Jn 15:5. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us, Phil 4:13. Help us keep You holy in our hearts so as to be ready in season and out of season (at any time in any circumstance) to give an answer for the hope within us, with respect, so ungodliness glorifies God that it had a good witness before You returned, 1 Pet 3:15-16. Deliver us from evil people and the evil one, temptation and sin. 2 Thes 3:2-3, Matt 6:13, Luke 11:4, John 17:15. Let love abound more in knowledge and discernment so we can choose the best in every situation that gives us a choice, so we may be sincere and blameless until Your Son's return, being filled with the fruit of righteousness, which comes from union with Jesus Christ to the glory and praise of God, Phil 1:9-11. Thank You in Jesus' Name.

We lift our voices together in unity, praising the Good Shepherd who lays down His life for the sheep and knows each one by name. Your Word declares, "He will stand and shepherd his flock in the strength of Yahweh, in the majesty of the name of Yahweh his God. They will live securely, for then his greatness will reach to the ends of the earth" (Micah 5:4 WEB). We thank You for Your tender care, for leading us beside still waters, for restoring our souls, and for guiding us in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake (Psalm 23:2-3). You are the One who gathers the lambs in Your arms, carries them close to Your heart, and gently leads those who have young (Isaiah 40:11). We rejoice that You are not a distant shepherd but the One who walks among us, wiping away every tear from our eyes (Revelation 7:17).

Father, we intercede with urgency for our brothers and sisters in Christ who are suffering under persecution, imprisonment, and oppression. Your Word commands us, "Remember those who are in bonds, as bound with them; and those who are ill-treated, since you are also in the body" (Hebrews 13:3 WEB). We ask that You would move in power as You did in Acts 12, when Peter was miraculously freed from prison by Your angel. Break chains, open doors, and confound the plans of those who seek to silence the gospel. Strengthen those who are beaten, mocked, or threatened for the sake of Christ, reminding them that their suffering is not in vain. May their testimonies shine brightly, leading others to salvation, just as the Philippian jailer and his household were saved when Paul and Silas praised You in their chains (Acts 16:25-34). We pray for boldness for all believers to visit, encourage, and support those in prison, knowing that when we do so, we are serving You (Matthew 25:36).

Lord, we also lift up the persecuted church to You, asking that You would grant them relief as You did in the early days of the faith. When Herod laid violent hands on the church and put James to death, You heard the prayers of Your people and delivered Peter (Acts 12:1-17). We trust that You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). Give Your children joy in the midst of suffering, as the early believers had when they joyfully accepted the confiscation of their property, knowing they had a better and enduring possession in heaven (Hebrews 10:34). May their faith remain unshaken, and may their endurance inspire others to stand firm.

We recognize, Father, that we are engaged in a spiritual battle, and we ask for Your protection over every believer. Command Your angels concerning us, to guard us in all our ways (Psalm 91:11). Clothe us with the full armor of God so that we may stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Help us to be vigilant, for we know that savage wolves will come in among us, not sparing the flock (Acts 20:29). Equip us to study Your Word, obey it, and teach others to do the same, so that we may recognize and resist deception (Matthew 28:20).

We pray for those who are weary and heavy-laden, that they would come to You and find rest. Your yoke is easy, and Your burden is light (Matthew 11:28-30). Draw them to Yourself, for apart from You, we can do nothing (John 15:5). Strengthen us with power through Your Holy Spirit so that we may grasp the depth of Your love, how wide, long, high, and deep it is (Ephesians 3:18). May we abound in love, growing in knowledge and discernment so that we may approve what is excellent and be pure and blameless until the day of Christ (Philippians 1:9-10).

Father, we confess that we need You every hour. Without You, we are prone to wander, to listen to the voices of strangers, and to follow paths that lead away from Your truth (John 10:5). Forgive us for the times we have neglected Your Word, ignored Your voice, or failed to stand firm in the faith. Cleanse us, renew us, and draw us nearer to You. "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you" (James 4:8 WEB). Help us to remain in You, the true Vine, so that we may bear much fruit (John 15:5). May our lives reflect Your holiness, so that we are always prepared to give an answer for the hope that is in us, with gentleness and reverence (1 Peter 3:15).

We ask for Your deliverance from evil, from the evil one, and from all temptation. "Deliver us from the evil one" (Matthew 6:13 WEB). Protect us from those who would seek to harm us, and guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, rule in our hearts and minds.

Finally, Lord, we pray for the furtherance of the gospel. Let every circumstance, whether favorable or unfavorable, be used to advance Your kingdom (Philippians 1:12). May Your name be glorified in all the earth, and may many come to know You as Lord and Savior. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). To You be all honor, glory, and power, forever and ever. Amen.

Oh Lord, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your faithfulness to Your flock. We’re reminded of how You don’t just call us by name but also lead us with Your own voice, distinct from the noise of the world. Help us to be so attuned to You that we don’t just hear Your voice but obey it, even when it’s quiet or misunderstood. Strengthen our ears to recognize Your whisper over the clamor of distraction, and let Your truth root us deeper than any false comfort or fleeting approval.

We lift up those who are bound, whether in literal chains or in the chains of fear, doubt, or spiritual oppression. Lord, just as You delivered Your people in the past, break every stronghold today. Open doors that no human hand can unlock, and let Your angels stand guard over those who are imprisoned for Your name’s sake. Give them supernatural courage to testify to Your goodness, even in the darkest places. May their chains become testimonies, and their suffering a seedbed for others to find hope.

And Lord, we pray for us, Your sheep, so that we don’t just follow You in good times but stand firm when the world turns against us. Fill us with Your peace that guards our hearts and minds, so we’re not shaken by persecution or tempted to compromise. Let Your Holy Spirit be our strength, our wisdom, and our comfort, especially when we’re weary or heavy-laden. Draw us near to You, so we can draw others to You, because apart from You, we truly can do nothing.

In Jesus’ name, we trust You to shepherd us all. Amen.
