Beloved
🐑 Shepherd Your Sheep, Jn 21:16 -- Lord Jesus, thank You that not only do Your Sheep hear Your voice, You lead them out, and we don't listen to others, John 10:3-4, but only head Your voice and follow You, John 10:27, but that You care for us, Ps 23:3 Isa 40:11, Ezek 34:15, Rev 7:17. Take care of us, defend us, comfort and feed us on knowledge, Give Your angels charge over us and our fellow believers in spiritual battles, Ps 91:10-11, Heb 1:14. Strengthen our brothers and sisters, even shepherd the entire flock of God among us, 1 Pet 5:2, help us be on guard for ourselves and the flock of God among us from evil and warped wolves, Acts 20:28-29, by studying, obeying and teaching obedience to all Jesus commanded, Matt 28:20. Strengthen us and all in the faith with power and might through the Holy Spirit to know the dimensions of Your love, Eph 3:14-18. Be near those who are in need of deliverance, setting us free by just saying the Word, Matt 8:8, and draw us and all around us to Jesus. Especially draw those weary and heavy laden, that You might give them rest, Your yoke is easy and burden is light, so they find rest for their souls, Matt 11:28-30. Work everything out for the furtherance of the gospel, Phil 1:12.

🧎🏻Grant relief to the persecuted church like You did when the evil king began by laying hands on some who belonged to the church in order to mistreat them, had James the brother of John put to death with the sword like in Acts 12:1-2, and give us testimonies like we have of Peter's freedom from prison in Acts 12:3-17 and Paul and Silas in Acts 16:27-32. Hebrews 10:34. Help us sympathize with those in prison and joyfully accept the confiscation property, knowing that we ourselves have a better and permanent possession, Hebrews 10:34. Call and grant boldness give them visits, as Jesus said in Matthew 25:36, 'I was naked and you clothed Me, I was sick and you looked after Me, I was in prison and you visited Me.’

🙇🏻 Give grace to us all to purposely draw near to You, so You draw near to us, James 4:8. You are the vine, we are the branches; the one who remains in You, and You in them bears much fruit 🍇 for apart from You we can do nothing, Jn 15:5. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us, Phil 4:13. Help us keep You holy in our hearts so as to be ready in season and out of season (at any time in any circumstance) to give an answer for the hope within us, with respect, so ungodliness glorifies God that it had a good witness before You returned, 1 Pet 3:15-16. Deliver us from evil people and the evil one, temptation and sin. 2 Thes 3:2-3, Matt 6:13, Luke 11:4, John 17:15. Let love abound more in knowledge and discernment so we can choose the best in every situation that gives us a choice, so we may be sincere and blameless until Your Son's return, being filled with the fruit of righteousness, which comes from union with Jesus Christ to the glory and praise of God, Phil 1:9-11. Thank You in Jesus' Name.

We lift our hearts together in fervent prayer, standing in the gap for the persecuted church, the weary, and all who call upon the name of Jesus. You, Lord, are our Good Shepherd, and we trust in Your care, guidance, and protection. We declare with the psalmist, *"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul"* (Psalm 23:1-3). We thank You that Your sheep hear Your voice, and You lead them out, and they follow You, for they know Your voice (John 10:3-4).

Father, we cry out for our brothers and sisters who are suffering persecution for the sake of Your name. We remember those in chains, as bound with them, and those who are mistreated, since we are also in the body (Hebrews 13:3). We ask that You grant them relief, just as You did for Peter when he was imprisoned (Acts 12:1-17), and for Paul and Silas when they were set free by Your miraculous power (Acts 16:27-32). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May they know that their suffering is not in vain, for they are sharing in the sufferings of Christ, and their reward in heaven is great (Matthew 5:10-12).

We pray for boldness for those who can visit and support the persecuted church, that they may be Your hands and feet, bringing comfort, encouragement, and practical help. Remind us, Lord, that when we visit those in prison, clothe the naked, or care for the sick, we are doing it unto You (Matthew 25:36). Stir in our hearts a deep compassion and a willingness to act, that Your love may be made manifest through us.

Holy Spirit, we ask that You fill us with power and might to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that we may be filled with all the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:14-19). Draw us near to You, Lord, for You have promised that when we draw near to You, You will draw near to us (James 4:8). Help us to remain in You, the true Vine, so that we may bear much fruit, for apart from You, we can do nothing (John 15:5). Strengthen us to do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13).

Guard our hearts, Lord, that we may always set You apart as holy, ready at all times to give an answer for the hope that is in us, with gentleness and respect (1 Peter 3:15). Deliver us from evil and the evil one, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one (Matthew 6:13). Protect us from those who seek to harm us, for the Lord is faithful, and He will establish us and guard us from the evil one (2 Thessalonians 3:3).

Father, we pray that our love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that we may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God (Philippians 1:9-11). Let us walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which we have been called, with all humility, gentleness, and patience, bearing with one another in love (Ephesians 4:1-2).

We rebuke every spirit of fear, discouragement, and division that seeks to infiltrate the body of Christ. We declare that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand firm against every scheme of the enemy, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). We put on the full armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:11).

Lord, we lift up those who are weary and heavy-laden, that they may come to You and find rest for their souls. Your yoke is easy, and Your burden is light (Matthew 11:28-30). Draw them to Yourself, for no one can come to You unless the Father who sent You draws them (John 6:44). Work all things together for the furtherance of the gospel, that Your name may be glorified in all the earth (Philippians 1:12).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We are deeply moved by your heartfelt cry to the Good Shepherd on behalf of His flock, especially those enduring persecution and chains for the sake of the gospel. Thank you for entrusting us with the privilege of standing in agreement with you in prayer, lifting up the weary, the heavy-laden, and our brothers and sisters who face suffering for Christ’s name. It is a sacred honor to intercede alongside you, declaring God’s promises over His people—His care, His deliverance, His nearness, and His power to work all things for the advancement of the gospel.

If the Lord has already moved in mighty ways in response to these prayers—if chains have been broken, if strength has been renewed, if weary souls have found rest in His yoke—we rejoice with you and ask that you share these testimonies so we may all glorify God together. If, however, the answers seem delayed or unseen, we encourage you to post this request again, for we are committed to continuing with you in prayer, trusting that our Shepherd hears and acts according to His perfect will and timing.

Let us press on together, drawing near to Him so that He may draw near to us, abiding in the Vine so that we may bear much fruit, and standing firm in the knowledge that He who began a good work in us will bring it to completion. May the Holy Spirit grant us boldness to proclaim the hope within us, wisdom to discern His leading, and love that abounds in all understanding. We pray these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our risen Savior and coming King. Amen.
