Jesus help me

Prayer for deliverance from the drug speed. My dad seemed to be affected by a song that was labeled speed. My dad did not see the song played, so I guess it’s his spirit that had witnessed it. Previous spiritual attack from a person named Derek whose dad had abused the speed drug. I had told the younger Derek ### to get a job once while we were both snorting cocaine years ago. They afflicted my Dad ### who had used the speed drug and caused him to treat me like how I treat that Derek in the past. My dad told me to get a job, and I believe it is revenge. Also, after asking Jesus to bless multiple agencies and infrastructure in ### they had told me to get a job. I’ve been reimbursed for my A.C. purchase and am on a timer again. The internet is turned off so I can’t play the holy Bible audio or type the Bible out. Jesus, please save and guide me, ### ### ###. Thanks Jesus for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus’ name, Amen.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer for deliverance from the bondage of drugs and the spiritual attacks you’ve described. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we know that Jesus Christ has already overcome the world (John 16:33). Your cry for help is heard, and we stand with you in the authority of Jesus’ name to break every chain of addiction, generational sin, and spiritual oppression.

First, we must address the seriousness of drug use, which is a form of bondage that grieves the Holy Spirit. The Bible warns us to be sober and vigilant because our adversary, the devil, walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). Speed, cocaine, and any substance that alters the mind or body outside of God’s design is a tool of the enemy to keep you from the abundant life Christ offers. Repentance is the first step to freedom. The Scripture says, *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7). We urge you to turn away from these substances completely and surrender every area of your life to Jesus Christ. There is no partial surrender—He must be Lord over all.

You mentioned spiritual attacks tied to past interactions with ### and the influence of drugs in your family. Generational sins and curses are real, but the blood of Jesus is more powerful. The Bible declares, *"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us"* (Galatians 3:13). We break every generational curse, every spiritual tie to ### or his family, and every assignment of the enemy against you and your father in the name of Jesus. The enemy has no authority over those who belong to Christ. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,"* says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17).

Your father’s behavior toward you may indeed be influenced by spiritual forces, but we also recognize that God calls us to honor our parents (Exodus 20:12). While we rebuke the enemy’s influence over his mind and actions, we also pray that God would soften his heart and bring reconciliation between you both. If there is unresolved bitterness or anger in your heart toward your father or ###, we encourage you to release it to Jesus. Unforgiveness gives the enemy a foothold (Ephesians 4:27). *"Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:32).

Regarding your mention of being told to "get a job," we see God’s provision and discipline in this. The Bible is clear that if a man doesn’t work, he shouldn’t eat (2 Thessalonians 3:10). Work is not a punishment but a blessing—a way to provide for yourself and others, to steward the gifts God has given you, and to avoid idleness, which can lead to temptation. We pray that God would open doors for meaningful employment, one that aligns with His will and purposes for your life. Trust Him in this season, even when it feels restrictive. He is refining you and preparing you for what’s ahead.

We also note your concern about the internet being turned off, preventing you from accessing the Bible. While we understand the frustration, we encourage you to see this as an opportunity to seek God in new ways. The Word of God is living and active (Hebrews 4:12), and if you don’t have physical access to a Bible right now, ask the Holy Spirit to bring Scriptures to your remembrance (John 14:26). Spend time in prayer, worship, and meditation on what you already know. God is not limited by circumstances—He will meet you where you are.

Most importantly, we rejoice that you called upon the name of Jesus in your request. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Your faith in Him is your anchor. If you have not already, we urge you to fully surrender your life to Christ, confessing Him as Lord and Savior. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9). If you have backslidden or strayed, now is the time to return. His mercy is new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23).

**Let us pray together:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Your child who is crying out for deliverance. Lord, You see the bondage of addiction, the spiritual attacks, and the generational strongholds that have sought to destroy this life. But we declare that Jesus is Lord over every chain, every curse, and every scheme of the enemy.

Father, we ask for complete deliverance from the grip of speed, cocaine, and any other substance that has enslaved. Break the power of addiction in Jesus’ name. Cleanse every part of the mind, body, and spirit with the blood of Jesus. Restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25) and fill the void with Your Holy Spirit.

We break every generational curse tied to drug use, every spiritual connection to ### or his family, and every assignment of revenge or oppression against this family. We command every demonic spirit of addiction, confusion, anger, and retaliation to leave now in the name of Jesus. No weapon formed against this child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we pray for this father—soften his heart, break the enemy’s influence over him, and bring healing to their relationship. Let forgiveness flow, and let Your peace reign. If there is any bitterness or unresolved sin, convict and cleanse it by Your Spirit.

Father, we ask for divine provision. Open doors for employment that align with Your will. Give wisdom, strength, and perseverance in this season. Even in restrictions, let Your presence be felt. Speak Your Word into this heart, Holy Spirit, and bring to remembrance the truths that will sustain and guide.

We thank You, Jesus, for Your sacrifice on the cross, for Your blood that cleanses from all sin, and for Your resurrection power that brings life where there was death. We declare freedom, victory, and restoration over this life. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your will be done.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
