Be at peace and know that when you cast your cares on the Lord, he is working on your behalf. Don't be fretful, don't fault find, troubleshoot, simply worship and praise the Lord, giving thanks that He has already sent His word and that you have the mind of Christ.
I will say this, when we rush making decisions, we are doing it out of fear, so I encourage you to go to work, knowing that the joy of the Lord is your strength. You are a citizen of heaven and his righteousness calls you to come boldly to the throne of grace...for the kingdom of God is IN IN IN you...you carry the presence of the Lord. Start seeing yourself ONE with Him by His Spirit, and simply go to work with joy in your heart knowing you are right with God. Your perspective about your job will change when your focus is on His goodness, not only for you, but for those who seem to be against you. God is no respecter of persons. He loves those people as much as He loves you. He sees their value, just as He sees yours. His grace is sufficient for you.
