Please help me be a better project manager and a better estimator and help me provide work for our employees but only if we can do this work safely and on time and on budget. Please help me tomorrow to be able to talk with my boss and his boss and to be able to help my customers and my coworkers and especially my wife. Dear God please help me have a good relationship with my wife ### . Who is now known as ###. She is my wife. I married her for her to be known as ###. That I my wife. She is a bone from my Ribs . Amen

We hear your heartfelt cry to the Lord, and we join you in seeking His grace and strength for every area of your life. Your desire to be a better husband, father, employee, and leader is commendable, and we believe the Lord delights in your willingness to grow in these roles. The Scripture reminds us in 1 Corinthians 10:31, "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." Every aspect of your life, your marriage, your work, your family, is an opportunity to honor Him.

First, we want to affirm the sacredness of your marriage. Your wife is indeed a gift from the Lord, as Genesis 2:24 tells us, "Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they shall be one flesh." The bond between husband and wife is a reflection of Christ’s love for the church (Ephesians 5:25), and it is beautiful that you recognize her as "a bone from my ribs." We pray that the Lord would strengthen your marriage, deepen your love and respect for one another, and help you both to grow in unity and godliness. May your relationship be a testimony of His grace to those around you.

We also lift up your role as a provider and leader in your workplace. The Lord has entrusted you with responsibilities that impact not only your family but also your employees and customers. Proverbs 16:3 encourages us, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." We pray that the Lord would grant you wisdom, discernment, and favor as you seek to manage projects safely, on time, and within budget. May He open doors of opportunity for you and your team, and may your work be a reflection of integrity and excellence.

Your upcoming meeting with your boss and his boss is also on our hearts. We pray that the Lord would go before you, giving you the words to speak and the confidence to represent your team and your work well. Proverbs 22:29 reminds us, "Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men." May the Lord grant you favor in their eyes and use this meeting for His glory.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up this brother in Christ who seeks to honor You in every area of his life. Lord, we ask that You would fill him with Your Holy Spirit, granting him the strength, wisdom, and grace to be the husband, father, and leader You have called him to be. Help him to love his wife as Christ loves the church, to lead his family with patience and kindness, and to provide for them with diligence and integrity.

Father, we pray for his work, give him the ability to manage his projects with excellence, to care for his employees with compassion, and to serve his customers with honesty. May his efforts bring glory to Your name and be a testimony of Your provision. Lord, we ask that You would go before him in his meeting tomorrow, giving him the words to speak and the confidence to represent his work well. May Your favor rest upon him, and may Your peace guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We also ask, Lord, that You would continue to draw this brother closer to You. Help him to seek Your will in all things and to rely on Your strength rather than his own. May he find his identity and purpose in You alone, and may his life reflect Your love and grace to those around him.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone gives us access to You and through whom we find our salvation. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily, surrendering each area of your life to Him. Remember that growth is a process, and the Lord is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Lean on Him, and trust that He will equip you for every good work (2 Timothy 3:17). May the Lord bless you and your family abundantly as you walk in His ways.

We hear the ache and the hope in your words, a husband and dad who genuinely wants to honor God with his whole life. That desire itself is a gift, and we’re standing with you.

Tomorrow’s conversation with your boss and his boss sounds like it’s carrying a lot of weight. One thing that often helps in moments like this is quiet preparation: tonight, before bed, jot down the key points you need to communicate, not scripted, just the core truths you want to land. Ask God to give you clarity, and then tomorrow, before you walk in, take a minute to breathe and remember you’re not alone. God cares deeply about your work, your integrity, and the people you influence there.

But we notice you especially asked for help with your wife. That stood out. You spoke of her as bone of your ribs, a beautiful picture of the bond God created. Sometimes the most powerful step we can take toward being a “better husband” is simply to be fully present. Tonight, or right now, maybe put down everything else, look her in the eyes, and ask gently: “How can I love you well this week?” Not to fix something, just to listen and connect. That kind of wholehearted attention can soften things more than any grand gesture.

You’re not meant to carry all this alone. Keep bringing your honest needs to God, He isn’t measuring you against a checklist; He sees your heart.

A brief prayer for you:

Lord Jesus, thank You for this man who wants to follow You faithfully in his marriage, his work, and his family. Be with him tomorrow in that meeting, give him steady peace, clear thinking, and the right words. Help him lead with wisdom and humility. Guard his relationship with his wife; draw them close to each other and to You. Strengthen his hands for every responsibility, and let him sense Your presence as he walks through this day. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Your cry has ascended to the throne of grace, and I trust the Lord has inclined His ear. You ask for help to be a better husband, father, employee, this is a prayer after God’s own heart, for it desires to walk uprightly in the relationships He has given you.

Take fast hold of the truth that in marriage your wife is indeed bone of your bone and flesh of your flesh. The Divine idea is not two independent souls merely sharing a dwelling, but one life, one heart, one purpose. You do well to remember that she is your wife, given to you as Eve was to Adam, to be your helpmeet. Yet the best of unions must be daily nourished by grace. Seek not merely a quiet house but a holy oneness, where you converse together of the things of God. Speak of your Master’s kingdom, of His mercy to you both, and let your conversation be so seasoned with salt that your very home becomes a sanctuary. A wife longs to know the heart of her husband; and as you open your heart to her about your fears and hopes, she will know herself to be your closest companion. You tell me you want a good relationship with her, then make Christ the third cord that binds you, and pray with her and for her. Let the family altar be set up and kept burning.

As for the cares of your daily labour, hear our Lord’s word: “Do not be anxious.” The worry that gnaws at you tomorrow before the meeting with your superiors will not add a single hour of success to that interview, but it will certainly unfit you for it. Cast the burden upon the Lord, who is a Husband to His people, and He will sustain you. Be prudent, be diligent, but fret not. You desire to provide for your employees safely, on time, and within budget; this is a right ambition. Yet remember that unless the Lord builds the house, they labour in vain that build it. Seek first His kingdom, and these things shall be added. Trust your work into the hands of Him who fed Israel in a howling wilderness, and go into that meeting as a child speaking with his Father, not as a slave trembling before a hard master.

I am glad you know you are helpless apart from Christ. You have not asked for worldly advancement or ease, but for grace to walk faithfully in your callings. That is the mark of a true son: the family likeness is to be led by the Spirit, to desire holiness in the ordinary round of life. You will have it, for your Lord is faithful. He who has begun this good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. In the meantime, let your poor heart rest in this: the Bridegroom loves His bride with an everlasting love, and He has pledged Himself to present her faultless before His presence with exceeding joy. Your marriage is a shadow of that heavenly espousal. Live with your wife in the light of that great day, forgiving one another even as God for Christ’s sake has forgiven you. And when you feel how far short you fall, do not despair, but rather let your failures drive you to the blood that cleanses from all sin. A broken and a contrite heart, O God, Thou wilt not despise.

Go now, and may the Lord bless you and make you a blessing. Talk with your wife this very evening of these things, and pray together, and you shall find that He who turns the hearts of fathers to their children and children to their fathers will knit you ever closer. Amen.

There is no achievement in this life sweeter than virtue, no order more pleasing than a home ruled by gentleness and the fear of God. You cry out for help, and rightly so, for all strength to love your wife and guide your household comes from Christ alone. Yet do not suppose that better project estimates or safer job sites are separate from the daily dying to self that marriage demands. Pray without ceasing, commit your cares to God, and ask Him to grant you a spirit of meekness.

The husband who seeks to please his wife ought not reach for gold or splendor; the true honor you owe her is to cherish her as your own flesh, as Christ loved the Church and gave Himself for her. She is bone of your bone, not a possession but a companion in the mystery of one body. When you speak with your superiors or soothe a client, remember that the same tongue must first be an instrument of peace at your own hearth. There is nothing more amiable than gravity of soul, nothing that so binds a wife’s heart as a husband who walks humbly before God, free from the tyranny of worldly display and theatre-born lusts.

Flee every spectacle that teaches the heart to despise simple wedded love; those amusements have broken more homes than any want of money. If you truly desire her good, adorn yourself with godliness, patience, and modesty, these will win her more securely than any eloquence in a boardroom. Labor diligently, but know that your family first needs a husband and father who is not enslaved by care. One who died for all purchased you for this: to bring forth fruit unto God, not to be consumed by the fretfulness of this age.

Let your wife’s name rest under the shelter of your faithful love, for she is bound to you by a law no man may break. Pray for her, as Abraham’s servant sought a bride with his petitions, and trust Christ to be present in your household. A sober marriage, ordered by prayer and kept from the pollution of excess, outshines all worldly success. Hold fast to her in purity, and God will give the increase to your work and your peace.
