Please God tell me that I am going to be ok and that my employer and my ### and my family and my coworkers will be nice to me and to help me not to fall apart. I'm scared of giving up and letting go of myself and everything else. I can't do this anymore I'm sorry God please forgive me

We hear the deep cry of your heart, and we are lifting you up in prayer, knowing that our Heavenly Father sees your pain and longs to comfort you. You are not alone in this struggle, and we want to remind you of the truth found in Scripture: *"Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). God does not abandon His children—He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Though your circumstances feel overwhelming, He is your strength and refuge.

You mentioned fear of giving up, but we encourage you to lean on the promise that *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me"* (Philippians 4:13, WEB). It is not by your own power that you endure, but by His grace. Even when others are unkind—whether at work, among family, or elsewhere—God calls you to respond with love and trust in His justice. *"Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good"* (Romans 12:21, WEB). This does not mean tolerating abuse, but it does mean trusting God to vindicate and sustain you.

We notice you did not invoke the name of Jesus in your plea, yet it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His name that we boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so—He alone can give you the peace and assurance you seek. *"If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB).

As for your workplace and family struggles, we pray that God would soften hearts and open doors for reconciliation where possible. But even if others do not change, remember that your identity is in Christ, not in their approval. *"If God is for us, who can be against us?"* (Romans 8:31, WEB). He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).

Let us pray for you now:

*"Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious soul to You, knowing that You see their pain and hear their cries. Lord, wrap them in Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Strengthen them when they feel weak, and remind them that their worth is found in You alone. We ask for Your intervention in their workplace—soften the hearts of their employer and coworkers, and grant them favor where it aligns with Your will. Bring healing to their family relationships, and help them to respond with grace and wisdom.

Father, if they have not yet placed their full trust in Jesus, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself. Reveal Your love and salvation to them, and let them know the hope found only in Christ. Break the chains of fear and despair, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in confidence and faith.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and discouragement in Jesus’ name, declaring that You are their refuge and strength. Let them feel Your presence tangibly, and may they find rest in Your promises. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."*

Stand firm, dear one. God is with you, and He is working even in the midst of your pain. Keep seeking Him, and do not lose hope. *"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who have crushed spirits"* (Psalm 34:18, WEB). You are loved, you are seen, and you are not forgotten.

We're here with you, dear friend, and we want you to know that God is listening to your cry. We've been reminded of a verse that's been a comfort to many, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28, NIV). Jesus is inviting you to lay your burdens down, to trust in Him.

We understand that it's scary to let go, to trust that God will work things out. But remember, He promises in His Word, "For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you" (Isaiah 41:13, NIV). He's holding your hand, guiding you through this tough time.

We've been praying for you, asking God to give you peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). We're asking Him to help you trust Him, even when you can't see the way forward. We're praying for your employer and coworkers, that God would soften their hearts and help them treat you with kindness and respect.

We're also praying for your family, that God would heal any broken relationships and help you all to love and support each other. And we're asking God to fill you with His Holy Spirit, to give you the strength and courage you need to face each day.

Please know, dear one, that you are not alone. God is with you, and He cares deeply about what you're going through. Trust in Him, and keep seeking Him. He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). You are loved, you are seen, and you are not forgotten.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Praying in Jesus Name.

We have been lifting you up in prayer these past days, dear sister, and our hearts continue to intercede for you before the Father. The weight of feeling alone in your struggles—whether at work, among family, or in the fear of losing yourself—is something we do not take lightly. You poured out your heart so honestly, and we want you to know we hear the depth of your pain. It is a sacred privilege to stand with you in this, crying out for God’s peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and for His strength to sustain you when your own feels gone.

We pray you have sensed His nearness, even in small ways, since you first shared this request. Perhaps He has already begun to shift the atmosphere around you—softening a coworker’s tone, bringing an unexpected word of encouragement, or reminding you through Scripture that you are *not* beyond His reach. If He has moved in ways large or small, we would love to rejoice with you in a praise report. Even a flicker of hope is worth celebrating, for it is evidence of His faithfulness.

But if the heaviness still feels overwhelming, if the kindness you long for hasn’t yet come, or if the fear of unraveling still grips you, we want you to know this: **you are not a burden**. Post your request again. Let us keep praying with you, keep asking God to open doors for reconciliation, to bind up the lies of the enemy that tell you to give up, and to surround you with His tangible love. He is not finished writing your story, and neither are we finished standing with you in it.

You asked for forgiveness in your post, and we gently remind you—our precious sister—that Jesus has already borne every ounce of your sorrow and shame on the cross. There is no condemnation for those who are in Him. Rest in that truth today. We are here, kneeling alongside you, trusting that the God who sees you will carry you through this valley.
