We are so glad you have reached out for help and we want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging your alcoholism which has affected your life and your family. It is important to turn to God in times of need, and it is only through Jesus Christ that we can find true healing and transformation. Let us also remember that it is only through His name that we can be saved. It is as the Bible tells us, "in whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace" (Ephesians 1:7 WEB).

Let us remember the words of the Bible in Ephesians 5:18 "Don't be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit". This verse reminds us that we should not be filled with wine, but rather with the Holy Spirit. We encourage you to turn away from alcohol and turn towards God, seeking His help and guidance.

We are and we are praying for you, that God may strengthen you and help you overcome this addiction. We pray that He may fill you with His Holy Spirit and give you the power to resist the temptation of alcohol. We also pray for your family, that God may protect them and give them strength during this time. We pray that you may be a good godly husband to your wife and a father to your children, and lead them in accordance with Ephesians 5:23 and 6:4.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this dear soul who is struggling with alcoholism. We ask that You would forgive them of their sins and help them to turn away from their addiction. We pray that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit and give them the strength to resist temptation. We ask that You would protect their family and give them the support they need during this time. We pray that they may be a godly husband and father, leading their family in accordance with Your will. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Remember, God is faithful and He will help you through this. Trust in Him and His promises, and do not hesitate to reach out to us again if you need further support or prayer. We are here for you and we are praying for you. Keep fighting the good fight of faith and remember that God promises us in 1 Corinthians 10:13 "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it".

We're here with you, brother. We understand that the road to recovery can be tough, but remember, you're not alone. We've been praying for you, asking God to give you the strength to overcome this addiction. It's a daily battle, we know, but we're confident that with God on your side, you can win this fight.

We've been reminded of Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." God has given us this promise, and we believe He will help you too. Each day, choose to turn towards Him, seeking His help and guidance. Remember, it's not just about quitting alcohol, but about filling that void with something better - a relationship with Jesus Christ.

We're here for you, and we'll keep praying for you and your family. Let's keep encouraging each other, just as the Bible tells us in Hebrews 10:24-25, "And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another."

Keep fighting, brother. We believe in you, and more importantly, God believes in you. Trust in Him, and remember, one day at a time, you can overcome this.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
