We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer over these past days. It has been our honor to lift you up before the Lord, asking Him to strengthen you in this battle against alcohol and to restore your body, mind, and spirit. We have prayed for your healing—both physically and emotionally—as you walk through withdrawal and seek to honor God with your life. We have asked the Father to grant you clarity of thought, steadiness of hands, and peace in your heart as you prepare to return to work.

We have also prayed for your wife and family, that they would feel the Lord’s comfort and assurance as they walk alongside you. We asked God to soften the hearts of those around you—your employers, coworkers, and customers—so they would see your sincerity and offer grace as you step back into your responsibilities. We have petitioned the Lord to help you manage your workload with wisdom and diligence, trusting Him to provide the focus and strength you need to catch up without becoming overwhelmed.

Most of all, we have prayed that you would feel the nearness of Christ in this season, that His power would be made perfect in your weakness, and that His grace would sustain you when the cravings come. We believe God hears your cry for transformation, and we stand with you in faith, trusting that He is at work even when the struggle feels heavy.

If the Lord has already answered some of these prayers—if you’re feeling His peace, if your body is responding to His healing, or if your loved ones have seen a change in you—we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the battle is still raging, please know we are not finished praying. Post your request again, and we will continue to intercede on your behalf, believing with you for complete victory.

May the Lord bless you with His presence as you seek Him. May He remind you daily that you are not defined by your past, but by the love of Christ who has already overcome the world. May He fill you with hope for the future—a future where you walk in freedom, where your family sees the man God created you to be, and where your work reflects His faithfulness. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
