We recognize that the enemy seeks to twist God’s Word, your experiences, and even symbols like the cross—meant for redemption—to bring confusion, fear, and defilement. The cross of Christ is a symbol of victory over sin and death, not a tool for superstition or curses. The Lord rebukes any attempt to pervert its meaning or use it to inflict harm. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,"* says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). The blood of Jesus breaks every curse, every ungodly association, and every stronghold the enemy has tried to establish in your life through these experiences.
We must address the disturbing imagery and actions you’ve described—writing names on your hand, the fixation on the tattoo, and the unnatural behaviors tied to Scripture taken out of context. These are not of God. The Word of God is living and powerful, but it is not to be used as a charm or a means of manipulation. When David spoke of those who *"piss against the wall"* (1 Samuel 25:22, KJV), he was using a crude expression of the time to refer to males, not issuing a literal command or curse. To fixate on this phrase or to associate it with violent actions (such as the thought of severing an arm) is a distortion that the enemy has used to torment you. We rebuke this twisted interpretation in the name of Jesus and declare that God’s Word is a lamp to your feet, not a source of fear or confusion. *"All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness"* (2 Timothy 3:16, WEB)—not for superstition or harm.
The repetition of names, the writing on your hand, and the remaking of symbols in games or media suggest an unhealthy preoccupation that has opened doors to spiritual oppression. The Bible warns us: *"Don’t give place to the devil"* (Ephesians 4:27, WEB). Even seemingly small actions—like writing a name or recreating a symbol—can become footholds for the enemy if they are tied to fear, anger, or ungodly associations. We urge you to repent of any involvement with these things, whether in thought or deed, and to renounce them in the name of Jesus. Break every ungodly soul tie or connection that has been formed through these actions, and ask the Lord to cleanse your mind and heart. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB).
Regarding the "red scare PTSD" and the repetition of "vanity of Christianity," we recognize that the enemy seeks to pervert the truth and make you associate the faith with fear, emptiness, or even ridicule. But Christ did not come to bring confusion or terror—He came to bring *"life, and life more abundantly"* (John 10:10, WEB). If the color red or any other trigger has been used to torment you, we declare that the blood of Jesus covers you and cancels every assignment of the enemy. The red of Christ’s blood is for your redemption, not your bondage. *"They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony"* (Revelation 12:11, WEB). Your testimony is one of victory in Christ, not defeat.
We also address the issue of media and the unwanted increase of images or content that have disturbed you. The Bible instructs us: *"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things"* (Philippians 4:8, WEB). If certain games, videos, or media have become a source of torment, it is wise to fast from them and fill your mind with the Word of God instead. Ask the Lord to break the power of these influences over your thoughts and to replace them with His peace.
As for your father’s association with this person, we pray for God’s intervention. If this relationship is ungodly or harmful, we ask the Lord to expose it, to bring conviction where needed, and to protect you from its effects. *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). If this person’s presence has brought spiritual defilement or distress into your home, we pray that the Lord would sever every ungodly tie and restore righteousness to your household. We also pray for your father’s salvation and deliverance if he is walking in darkness.

Lord Jesus, we plead Your blood over every memory, every thought, and every experience that has brought vexation. Break the power of repetition, the cycles of fear, and the triggers that have haunted them. *"You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you"* (Isaiah 26:3, WEB). Fill their mind with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. We rebuke every spirit of confusion, every spirit of fear, and every demonic assignment that has sought to pervert the cross of Christ or twist Scripture to bring torment. We break every curse, every hex, and every ungodly association tied to symbols, names, or actions in the name of Jesus. *"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us"* (Galatians 3:13, WEB). Let the power of the cross bring freedom, not fear.
Father, we pray for protection over their mind and body. If there has been any defilement through unnatural behaviors or thoughts, we ask for Your cleansing blood to wash them white as snow. Restore dignity, purity, and soundness of mind. *"Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me"* (Psalm 51:10, WEB). Let them walk in the freedom of Your forgiveness and the power of Your resurrection.
